Dr Kornblatt is the best optometrist/ophthalmologist ever! Once we discovered Better Sight Vision we don’t like anyone else for the family. Kathleen, front desk, is also the best. Always has a smile and the most helpful & kind reception you can ever get. Their vision center makes it feel like you are part of their family and always look forward to seeing the Better Sight family!

Dr. Kornblatt is very professional and knowledgeable; explaining everything to the most minimum detail and making my visit to his office delightful. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I didn’t have to wait hours to be seen. Definitely I recommended him .

Used to go to Lenscrafters and other places for glasses and eye exams but got referred here a few years ago and am glad I switched. This review is primarily for my eye exams and not for purchasing glasses but the doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable. He helped step me through the condition of my eyes, family history and many other things. Made an appointment, used my vsp insurance and everything went smoothly.

Had a bad experience. My mother is still complaining that she still can't see clearly with her new glasses. The tech or person that conducted the exam was in a rush and didn't hear my mom out. He was also in the middle of eating lunch when we arrived perhaps that made him moody. This is what happens when you work and eat in the same place. Typical Chinese behavior. On top of it all, they never called to tell us that the glasses were ready. I waited 3 weeks nearly a month and still no call. So, I made the initiation to call them and they told me, "oh yeah, we got it yesterday". Like I'm suppose to believe that. Will never go back again.

I went in to get my visions checked and get a pair of new glasses. The staff was very friendly and helped me find a pair of glasses that looked great on me. Dr Cai the optometrist was very professional and thorough when giving me the eye exam. I had a great experience and would highly recommend the place!

They don't know what are they talking about, especially I got charged extra for no reason. I don't want to bad mouth them, but it seems like they can't keep their words.

Dr. Ma is the best doctor I have ever encountered. She is responsive, thorough, and compassionate. Not only does she have the best, genuine bedside manners, she really does care about her patients. My 80 year old mother started seeing Dr. Ma this summer and we are all huge fans! And more importantly, Dr. Ma developed a course of action that is allowing my mother to see again.
