It is my first time that I buy glasses in Flushing. It was a great shopping experience.The doctor is nice and patient. The glasses in the store are all fashionable, so I chose for a long time. When I received my glasses, It was comfortable and suitable. I will come again next time.

I brought my 12 year old daughter for a CRT evaluation with Ovation Eye Care. We decided to give it a try and we could not be happier. Dr. Ho and Dr. Cooper were very patient and thorough with my daughter. She plays a lot of sports so having CRT's was the best decision we made for her. The front desk staff was also very helpful in explaining the process of putting on, taking off, and cleaning the CRT's. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Ovation Eye Care. I would highly recommend them.

I got my contact lense fitting done here and overall it was a great experience. Everyone was super patient with the entire process. I asked specific questions and they were answered honestly. Highly recommend!

I went to look for children's glasses specifically searching for glasses with a nose bridge for an Asian fit for my 9 year old. There were several styles to choose from in multiple colors. My daughter and I selected the frame ourselves and went to check out and it was smooth sailing. Steve was very helpful in figuring out our vision insurance (was so happy that they accepted this) and I was out in less than 15-20 minutes (we already had a prescription for her, so no need for an exam). We expect to get a call in about 10 days since it's going through insurance, but that is pretty standard. I was impressed by Steve's customer service. It is refreshing to have someone pleasant and efficient nowadays so even though I don't reside in Flushing, I'll be back.

Went in last minute and they were super accommodating and got my glasses to me sooner than expected. Very happy and satisfied with the service and the new glasses so far!

Great service and employees. I am very graceful for Ron for replacing my old nosepad for a newwer one. My glasses feels so much comfortable on my face. Thank you Ron!
