Apologies to the doctor for this review because I appreciate a job well done. Having said that I booked an eye examination and was charged for a contact fitting without the service being discussed prior to being charged ($125) . I was unaware what a contact fitting even was. My insurance provider said that there was never a claim for an eye exam submitted and when she called to try to dispute the charge my insurance provider had said that she was yelled at and was told that I have had another representative call prior for the same charge which was a out right lie. I received my eye examination, still waiting on my fitting.

Costco optical has some of the most thoughtful and caring people working there. They go out of their way to help. There was a supplier delay for my son’s contacts (whose vision is poor and needs them for sports) and they ordered him trials to cover the gap in the shipment delay … as their own initiative!. They’re just wonderful, as is the optometrist who works there.

doctor is grateful but quality of lenses is horrible. very root workers. stay away from old guy name yakov.

Friendly and helpful staff. I must have tried on 50 pairs of glasses and I ended up purchasing the ones the sale associate suggested 49 pairs ago.

They were very Professional & Helpful.

I had a very bad eye problem and Dr. Reddi was super competent and thorough. I recommend him to my friends and family. Good doctors like him don’t come often.

Dr. Muttana is extremely personable. He remembers everyone who comes to his office and he provides sufficient time to attend to concerns. He's been my eye doctor for over 8 years and I have no complaints.

I've been coming here for about ten years. My experience has been great. Everyone in the store is really polite and helpful. Recently, throughout the summer new owners took over and they are just the best. They are all very generous and cordial. The eye doctor is amazing and such a friendly person. This is the location to go if you want to have your eyes examined and purchase some glasses or contacts.

Had a wonderful experience here at Cohens. The optometrist was thorough, patient, and very informative. Nico is super friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable about all of the insurance companies and coverages. He was patient with my two children and worked with me to figure out the best way to order my glasses and contacts through my insurance. I highly recommend any and everyone to come here - you will not regret it! A pleasant experience from the moment I walked in.
