Unprofessional customer care. Despite calling them three times, they didn't mention that they only accept cash and refuse any insurance. Charged me 30 dollars just for signing a slip of paper.

I went to see Dr. Glatman and Retina & Macula Consultants in February 2023 for a slightly detached retina. I was a little nervous not having experienced this condition before. Dr. Glatman performed a laser treatment to heal the tear. I made a follow up visit about 10 days later and the tear was healing well. I would highly recommend Dr. Glatman. He is calm, caring, very professional and skilled in the treatment of eyesight issues.

My wife and I have been coming to you guys for years and I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Theresa. A couple of years back, a pair of glasses I got from you were really squeezing my head and Theresa adjusted them and they fit amazing now. Fast fwd to present day, I got my first pair of prescription sunglasses the other week and they were bothering my left eye. Enter Theresa again, she does some adjustment magic and bam, the glasses no longer hurt my left eye!
