Wow terrible! Called about information for contacts and she said "we don't give information so no need to ask. Come in or I can't help you." Why would I waste my time to come to the store if you can't even tell me if you sell a certain product. I am a bit shocked by this service! Just wow...

The woman with reddish hair who I take to be the owner is extremely rude. She cuts you off as your speaking and doesn’t let you finish a sentence. I went there to let her know the glasses I purchased there may have the wrong prescription because I see blurry with them. I then intended to purchase a different pair out of pocket because I wasn’t due for another with my insurance. Figured I’ll give them another try instead I walked out on her because I couldn’t stand the thought of giving her another penny. She became very defensive for absolutely no reason. She acts knowledgeable but says whatever it takes to sell you a pair of glasses. There are many other places on the Island to purchase glasses that are better than Eyes On Island. They’re eyes are only on your cash. Two thumbs down to this place.

The staff and doctor was top notch, professional, helpful, took their time with me and every customer/client. So glad I chose to come to Specs for Less after being less then satisfied with my previous eye care.

First time experience at this location and I was greeted right away by Cheryl. She addressed my needs and answered my questions. I got a call a week later that my glasses were ready. I tried them on, they looked great! Cheryl cleaned my glasses off and even gave me a beautiful blue case for my new glasses. She remembered that blue is my favorite color and matches my glasses. So far I’m happy with the service I received. Cheryl was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Thier prices are very reasonable and the glasses are very fashionable. Other places if u don't purchase a designer label, yre sacrificing style, that' not the case here. The sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I will come here whenever I need glasses

On 6-26-18 my husband and I brought my fatherinlaw in for his eye check up with Dr. Joshua C Yu. Marie at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! We had a 12:45 pm appointment. We got to the doctors office a little early, they took us in early. The doctors assistant - saw my fatherinlaw first; asked him questions and wrote information for the doctor. He was very nice, friendly and professional! Then Dr. Joshua C. Yu saw my fatherinlaw. He was great! He communicated to my elderly fatherinlaw in my fatherinlaws language. He was thorough in checking my fatherinlaw's eyes. He explained everything to the patient as he went along with the exam. The doctor then sent over my fatherinlaw's meds to his pharmacy. I have been using Staten Island Ophthalmology since I moved to SI 10 years ago. I saw Dr. Arnoldi for all of my regular eye exams. I had Lasik done in December by Dr. Kung and my experience was amazing. All of my appointments before the surgery were with Dr. Chen and she was fabulous as well. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed whether it be a regular appointment or surgery. I highly recommend Staten Island Ophthalmology for all of your eye care needs.

I wanted to say that my visit here was a great and welcoming experience. The staff and the doctor that took care of me Avi D. Yehudai took their time to explain my testing. Dr Avi D Yehudai made me feel comfortable and explained every detail of the testing so it made me feel relaxed, he is a great asset to this office. I will differently recommend my family and friends here. Thanks so much to all.

The office is efficient, with very pleasant staff. The doctor is pleasant and thorough . I feel very well looked after. I am confident he will care for my eyes with current treatments and standards. Parking is readily available , and appointments are easy to schedule.
