Very helpful staff helped my husband and I find frames for our new glasses. They have a vast collection and it is great to explore. Just set up a an appointment to get in for their help. Very friendly people, picking up our glasses tomorrow, am so excited to check them out.

Update as of 11/28/23. I just had a visit with my eye doctor at Mass Eye and Ear and they found that the prescription on every one of my six eyeglssses made by King Optical over a year ago was off. The doctor told me this is not uncommon and that many times they have to call and even argue with whomever did the prescription to tell them that their calibrations/machines are off. My advice is once you have your new glasses made have an independent party check the prescription. King Optical is excellent. They are pleasant and extremely helpful. Great prices. I stopped buying glasses from my optician because they have a very limited selection and are too expensive. King Optical has about six rooms of frames and their prices are better. They also do an excellent job on repairs. One pair of glasses that could not be fixed they put into a new frame that they helped me choose that was a lot nicer than the frame I had and charged me $39. Stephanie and Dina are great. Both so helpful. Actually everyone there has been really nice and helpful. Just know that they don’t do exams. They just fix glasses and handle prescriptions.

King optical is top notch. I had run out of contacts and was traveling the next day, Jeff was able to provide me with some contacts until my RX came in the following week. While I was there I browsed (and ultimately purchased) new frames. They have an awesome selection of lower cost (high quality) and higher-end frames. I was able to get RX Maui Jim's for a really reasonable price. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The funny thing is my first frames came from here 30+ years ago. You will not be disappointed in King Optical.

I have been going to King since I started wearing glasses fifteen years ago and they never cease to provide excellent service. Went in today to remedy something with my glasses that I should have done months ago and they gladly took care of me. Thank you Kim for your great service and I'm excited for my new and improved glasses.

The office is clean and the staff is pleasant and very helpful. Dr. DeLugan gave a very thorough exam. He took his time and explained anything that needed explaining. Optical shop had a great selection of glasses and it was easy to select. I purchased 3 pairs. I highly recommend.

I have been coming to this office for regular check-ups for a few years; you would think I would feel like a patient, but I feel like a number. I have been trying to get an appointment and there is never anything available for two or three months. I just called stating that I have what seems to be an eye infection, I was told to go to the emergency room in Boston. No care to know my symptoms, or any chance to even go another day, The staff has no empathy and did not care when I asked for my records to go some where else. I don't care for places where I am just a number.

I recently switched from the Worcester office and my experience with the Braintree office was just as good. The staff is attentive and pleasant to deal with. Renee is amazing! He gave me a behind the scenes tour and I watched as he made my new lenses. A true Professional environment and highly recommend.

Scheduling was very easy. When I arrived for my appointment, there were a good number of patients in the waiting room. From what I could tell, everyone seem to be getting taken on time with minimal waiting. The staff and doctors performed a very thorough screening and excellent suggestions for continued eye health. I have been a patient since 2017 and will happily return for my next visit in 2024. I strongly recommend Braintree eye associates

This is a very friendly, fast, and efficient office. Everyone is helpful from the front desk, the eye tech’s, and finally the doctors! Every-time I go they are able to help me with any eye issue big or small, routine or not! They are even growing the practice with a phenomenal new doctor, Doctor Mark. It’s wonderful to see the practice grow, yet it’s still a small office where you get treated like family, with expectational eye care. I can’t recommend a better eye doctor in the South Shore Area!

Starting with a call from the admin staff for a referral from my PCP to actions by the optical team, I was treated professionally and thoughtfully as I have been for many years at Braintree Eye. I felt like I received a very thorough eye exam which I greatly appreciated.
