Richard Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He bailed us out of a very dire situation when our son forgot to pack his contacts for his hockey tournament. We're from Colorado. Our son and his team would have been in bad shape without Richard's help to get him fitted with the right contacts. Richard saved the day!

Amicable staff! Super patient and explained all the differences in lenses I could get. I have a bigger head so it's a lot harder to find the perfect frames, but with the help of the staff, they did that! I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I’ve been coming to the Braintree LensCrafters for years now for my prescription glasses needs, and have always had a positive experience. More recently, I wanted updated frames and sunglasses, and I worked with Jenn, who was very thorough and patient in walking me through the pricing and insurance benefits. Weeks later, I happened to change my mind about the frames I got (which happens!), and because of LensCrafters’ 30 day guarantee, was able to exchange them in store for an alternate pair. Again, Jenn was very helpful in processing that exchange, and I appreciated her patience in making sure I found the right pair.

Very helpful staff helped my husband and I find frames for our new glasses. They have a vast collection and it is great to explore. Just set up a an appointment to get in for their help. Very friendly people, picking up our glasses tomorrow, am so excited to check them out.
