Amazing staff! Typically hate going to the eye doctor but they made me feel so at ease!

Can I leave less than 1 star?! This is the third time I have shown up for my appointment early, after an 45 minute drive, only to find out it was cancelled or rescheduled without my knowledge. No missed calls, no voicemails. On top of that the staff is INSANELY rude. A simple apology could have sufficed but she very rudely informed me that this was somehow MY fault. So unbelievably infuriating. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Dr Grenier would fare better firing his office staff and starting from scratch.

Been calling to try to schedule an appointment with Dr. Griner, and no one is picking up the phone.

Enjoyed my first visit to the office! The whole staff was nice and pleasant, but I feel like the Doctor should dress like a doctor! Wasn’t professional looking! Cannot get serviced because they do not have the equipment needed! I wish I would have known before making an appointment and now have to wait for this equipment to further my treatment!

Dr's. Pollet and Hand are excellent, patient professionals. The support staff is incredible. Wonderfully patient while helping to find the best way to use insurance benefits. Great selection of Eyewear. Wish they had a sale section.

I have been going to this eye doctor for 20 years. He always gives me a thorough examination. He explains everything he found, and recommends what I should do. I trust him with my eyesight

Everything about EC20/20 merits a five-star rating. The doctors are not only experienced in their fields but caring. The staff is well-trained, efficient, and respectful. I am comfortable in recommending them to everyone I know.

I am an EXTREMELY satisfied patient. I have been a patient since 2015. Dr. Neil Notaroberto has saved my vision. I recently had cataract surgery with a lens implant. Now I have 20/20 vision. He is gifted, talented, and very knowledgeable. He also has a great rapport with his patients. I would not trust my eye care to anyone else. His medical staff are helpful and caring.

The people are so friendly and the Dr. was very nice and best cataract surgeon. Always pleasant. Before my surgery I couldn’t see hardly anything without my glasses and now I don’t even need glasses. I would recommend this place for any eye problems.

I love Dr Yancy. She is proactive in your eye health and stays on top of your progress. She’s definitely dedicated to her patients

A 10 + experience, all the way. Dr Yancey is excellent. She even gave me a stronger sedation, for the second cataract eye surgery. I was so co.fortable, throughout. Thank you, Dr Lauren Yancey!
