Tried to call office and ask questions about upcoming appt in villa rica. Phone call was ended twice while I was talking. Called back a third time and got a different person who was very friendly. Needs better customer service definitely. There is another review stating they were cut off also.

We are now open 3 days a week for eye exams in our Villa Rica office! We have two Optometrists in our Villa Rica office as well as an Ocular plastics practice that is here on Wednesdays. Please call to make your appointment in either of our 3 locations, Carrollton, Villa Rica and Bremen.

Called to make appointment as a self pay patient. Was told it was $200 just for the office visit. Lady Was rude about it and acted like she didn’t want a self pay patient. Call was ended!
Glad I didn’t get mixed up with this company!!!

Armani & Lianna were so very welcoming and helpful in assisting us with our eyewear needs. They explained everything thoroughly and helped us make the best possible choice in lenses for my son. The service at this location completely exceeded my expectations. My family will definitely be returning for all of our eyeglasses purchases and services.

Had an appt at 4:00pm. At 5:30pm, finally got tired of waiting and left…. never received any services. Very poor customer service… if you can’t maintain the schedule, don’t waste ppls time and overbook the optometrist! This place doesn’t put the customers need as a priority.

Prior glasses bought 5 years ago were perfect !!!!
The last exam and glasses have given nothing but trouble, sent back , redone, etc, etc. I still cannot see out of them correctly.
The last time I was there with concerns, the tech actually reordered my old RX, because the exam was obviously incorrect......better than the new lenses, but , never was offered another exam, by a different doctor, to actually correct the RX.
Will never go there again, waste of money.
Now I have to find another facility, and get another exam, because I cannot see clearly with these lenses.
Very disappointed, in the exam, and customer service.

I've been going to Tillman's for about 12 years. There was a time you could call one day and get an appointment the next day. But it usually takes at least a month to get an appointment now. My last appointment, the waiting room was full. It took an hour before I was seen. With all that said, Dr Tillman is very personable and treats you as if you are the only patient while you are there. He doesn't rush you in and out like you are a number. He makes sure to answer all your questions. That's why I continue to go. The staff is also friendly.
