Anytime i get called back from the waiting room, within 30 minutes of my appointment time, it seems like it's right on time. His staff is pleasant enough, always easy to get along with. Dr. Tillman and i get along nicely. All in all a good office to visit.

Dr. Swalla is awesome and very gentle. She makes the eye exam understandable and easy-Peary. The staff is great and walks you through the entire glasses buying process.

I was greeted so warmly when I entered the office. It feels so good to be acknowledged. The office is comfortable and everyone there is so professional. It was a great experience as usual.

I've been to Dr. Patel a few times when I was with Kaiser. I don't think I've ever had a better person checking out my eyes. Fantastic doctor.

Everyone was very helpful and happy to help us. Dr. Took time to explain what and why she was doing something. Check in was smooth and the glass fitting for my husband was great! He got the top of the line glasses with bells and whistle’s that the guy who measured his eyes for the glasses all because he told hubby insurance would cover majority of it……and they did! We’re very pleased with our experience.

She was courteous and very professional. She explained each step of my eye exam. I felt she was concerned about my situation and answered each question with clearity, The staff was courteous and kind. Dr. Rohatgi is a genuinely nice guy. He is very informative and caring. Great experience and will be back for other services.
