Dr. Shaw is thorough, he identified an issue either missed or I was not informed of by other doctors which could significantly affect my quality of life . He always gets it right the first time with lens strength, something I've struggled with at other doctors. Highly recommend him

Very friendly and easy to talk to. He seemed very competent. Dr. Shaw listened to what I was looking for. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely be seeing him in the future, instead of my current eye doctor who brushed off my concerns when he gave me a prescription that was too strong. Also, the assistant I spoke with in person and on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Shaw is so kind and cares for people. My father went in with a painful and tearing eye, Dr. Shaw helped him immediately! We are so appreciated of his work and time!

I had the pleasure of visiting this optometrist for the first last weekend as I just recently moved to the area. Dr. Shaw and the staff were incredibly courteous, efficient, and helpful. They went above and beyond for me with my contacts and lenses prescription and I didn't even ask about it. I'm happy to make this place my official vision care center for a good long while. Highly recommend!

Eye exam was fast and courteous with PD added to the RX without asking. Excellent customer service experience from knowledge staff when purchasing progressive lenses. Jeff listened and was attentive to all aspects of the fit. Very pleased with our experience here. Customer service expectation was what led to this choice over cheaper online glasses.

This review is just on my experience with the staff, since I don't have my glasses yet. Dana was fabulous to work with! Very nice, helpful and enjoyable. Helpful in giving opinions on how frames looked & made sure I noticed elements of some I may not care for. I'm excited to get my new Lisa Loeb progressive lens glasses in a couple weeks! Nice 90's flashback for us Gen X'ers who are now all needing glasses. ;)

Visiting from Canada, I was scared when eye problems occurred in Georgia, where I know no doctors. From the Internet's reviews, I chose Mark Hester. I cannot praise him and his entire staff enough. They de-stressed me with their kindness and humor. Dr. Hester explained in detail my problems, what could occur next, answered my questions pointing to specifics on an eye diagram and took all the time I needed. Mr. Daniel at Lenscrafters is a mastermind in the making! I love that he has a trustworthy personality and he found me not one, but 3 pairs of glasses that worked for me and looked great on me! I selected a perfect pair of glasses in a matter of minutes after I had been searching for months! He is wonderful, extremely kind and very patient! Daniel took them time to listen to my needs, and concerns and brought his A game! He is very pleasant and easy to work with!

Today I went in for my usual eye exam and needed some glasses and sunglasses. I met smooch who was a lot of fun to work with while finding the perfect match for my glasses. She really provides a personalized experience and finds the glasses that suits you the best. She really has a fun and welcoming personality that puts you immediately at ease. She takes into consideration face shape, skintone and what clashes color wise, and overall is very helpful and knowledgeable about glasses. She provided perfect customer service and I highly recommended her and this location to anyone looking for glasses.

Went into Lens Crafters and was greeted by a very friendly staff! Got a double lens replacement for a set of Ray-Bans, as well as a double replacement of nose pads for another set of Ray-Bans, super fast! Great work! Great experience!

So courteous, Explained everything he was doing went over all my options. Couldn’t have asked for any better excellent doctor!
