My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hobson for over 20 years. There is no better in our estimation. He stays on top of all the newest procedures, and recommends only what you need to have done. The optical department is top notch, and the glasses we receive are always of the highest quality, and we have never had a problem with them fixing or repairing them if there was a problem (which there have been few). My husband has already had cataract surgery and the doctor Dr. Hobson uses is absolutely wonderful. She found a condition with my husband's eyes and was able to correct it before the cataract surgery, and everything went off as planned and with no complications. Now, I am approaching cataract surgery, and I have no hesitation at all in having the surgery done. Jim and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent, caring eye care. You may pay a little more than those chain stores, but you get a lot more for your money plus the expertise that accompanies a private practice. Also, we have recently moved to Monroe, GA, but still drive back to see Dr. Hobson--he's just that good. Thanks to the entire staff for years of caring, loving service. We look forward to many more.

I took my daughters, Scarlett and Olivia to Hobson Eye Associates today and was very impressed with them. Dr. Hall was exceptional with my girls and made us all feel very comfortable. She was very professional. She spent time with them and explained what she was doing to put them at ease, she could tell they were both nervous. She was very informative, reasuring and answered all questions with confidence, she also explained what I didn't understand. The staff was excellent as well very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Hobson Eye Associates and Dr Hall. I was very pleased with our visit!

This is my second year at Hobson Eye Associates. I travel from Vinings to come see Dr. Hobson because I know I'm in good hands. I love the fact that his office has the ability to dilate your eyes without drops. Yes it cost an extra $35...but so worth it. With that type of technology he is able to compare the picture of your eye side by side to previous years....amazing! Everyone their is great!!! Highly recommend them!

Such an easy process from making the appointment to ordering glasses everything was seamless! Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have been going to Hester Eye Associates for year. Always had fantastic service with very friendly staff. Very efficient. I trust Dr. Hester with my eyes and I will continue be a patient.

I always have a good experience here! Dr. Hester is very thorough and willing to answer any questions I have. The front end is amazing as well. I’ve been coming here for years and I always leave feeling better than when I went in both eyesight and mood-wise :)

I'm not happy about the customer service I received today at MyEyeDr. in Kennesaw. I was told yesterday that my glasses were ready for pickup so this morning I decided to go pick them up since I've been dealing with an on-off again headache all week. Upon my arrival at 12:15pm, the MyEyeDr. employee closed & locked in the door in my face as I'm walking up. I waited for a response on why she locked the door since Google states their operating hours are 8am - 3pm on Saturdays. She informed me that they cannot legally distribute glasses when a doctor is not in the office and proceeded to lock the door again. I understand the business has protocols to follow but she could've been more considerate of me needing to pick up glasses that I've already paid for; I feel like it would be a quick 10 mins. Is there a sign that you all would be able to put on the door that says "only accepting glasses repairs, nothing else" if that is the case? Or state to customers as they're paying $300 for glasses, "Hey just to let you know when you get the notification that these are ready we recommend you coming during the week when doctor's are in and if you choose to come on a Saturday then we recommend you coming within the first two hours that we are open"... What's also confusing is stating your hours are 8am-3pm when 99% of the time everyone is actually gone at least two hours before then if the doctor's are gone?
