I'm not happy about the customer service I received today at MyEyeDr. in Kennesaw. I was told yesterday that my glasses were ready for pickup so this morning I decided to go pick them up since I've been dealing with an on-off again headache all week. Upon my arrival at 12:15pm, the MyEyeDr. employee closed & locked in the door in my face as I'm walking up. I waited for a response on why she locked the door since Google states their operating hours are 8am - 3pm on Saturdays. She informed me that they cannot legally distribute glasses when a doctor is not in the office and proceeded to lock the door again. I understand the business has protocols to follow but she could've been more considerate of me needing to pick up glasses that I've already paid for; I feel like it would be a quick 10 mins. Is there a sign that you all would be able to put on the door that says "only accepting glasses repairs, nothing else" if that is the case? Or state to customers as they're paying $300 for glasses, "Hey just to let you know when you get the notification that these are ready we recommend you coming during the week when doctor's are in and if you choose to come on a Saturday then we recommend you coming within the first two hours that we are open"... What's also confusing is stating your hours are 8am-3pm when 99% of the time everyone is actually gone at least two hours before then if the doctor's are gone?

The entire experience is amazing from the receptionist and Dr. G Wright. Very knowledgeable and made my son’s first eye exam a success! He (8) left with a smile.

I was told to pick up glasses today by 3pm. They close @3 on Saturdays. I arrived at 2:15 pm and the office is closed. The website states they’re open until 3 today. The sign on their door says open until 3. I guess they decided to take the day off. But appropriate communication would be appreciated.

The staff was awesome. They made sure they gave me every option there was to get exactly what I needed. I was surprised at how fast everything happened. I was able to get my exam and glasses the same day!! Highly recommended. Edward and Ms.Dorothy were awesome they made me feel right at home.

I had an amazing experience today getting my first pair of glasses! Edward and Dorothy were so amazing to work with and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Even when I had a late appointment they made sure I still walked out with my glasses and didn’t rush through any part of the process! I will be coming here again and referring friends and family!

Kiran is excellent! Fast, efficient, yet personal at the same time. I loved my visit and will be returning for any eye care needs.

EVERYONE was so unbelievably kind and patient. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant, the guys who did the tests before the doctor were encouraging and patient, and the doctor himself was very nice and made me feel comfortable! I like that they were all professional but still would joke back with me if I made a cheesy pun. I have a lot of anxiety issues and struggle with new places but I made my yearly appointment here since I recently started working in the mall and it was convenient, but everyone there really made the transition to a new eye doctor very smooth for me. I really couldn’t give them enough praise, they were amazing!

I make my yearly appointment there every year, and they are great. The staff is very friendly and professional. Saw Dr. S. Corbett, at Town Center, last week and she was fabulous; very thorough and pleasant. I’d recommend them to my friends and family.

I can extremely unprepared after a wrestling match with my toddler getting out of the car today and the staff were so patient and kind. The Dr was funny and made me so comfortable during the appointment. Would recommend all day!

Very nice and friendly people. It is more expensive than your average exam and fittings, but they run more detailed and thorough scans. They are helpful and interested in having a positive your health. Johnley and Dr. Patel are wonderful.

The Team at Classic Vision Care are very personable, professional and paid attention to my needs. Justin and John Lee were very patient and supportive during the eyewear selection process. They ensured I understood my benefits and made every effort to ensure I got the best deal possible. My overall experience was very positive one. Great job Team!
