Went in to see if they could fix the handle on my glasses. Was pleasantly greeted by Eddie. He was able to repair them in a matter of minutes with no charge. Excellent customer service !!++ If you are a customer of Eye Optique lucky you !! Definitely will return for eye service.

I recently found Eye Optique when I was looking for someone to repair glasses for my wife and I. After reading other reviews, I decided to stop by even though I’m not an existing patient. I’m so glad I did!! The owner was extremely friendly and repaired our glasses without asking for anything in return. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise in a world where customer service isn’t a priority for many businesses. Needless to say, I’ll be using Eye Optique for all my eye care needs moving forward!

My husband and I starting using this practice when one holiday my husband’s glasses broke, and the owner fixed them (when we couldn’t find anyone who could). We’ve been loyal customers ever since. The optometrist is very kind and professional. I really enjoyed her company. The owner is fantastic, and we love him! Just bought a new pair of glasses last night and wanted to update my experience. You can’t go wrong at Eye Optique!

Every member of the staff was pleasant and efficient. I made new patient appointments for myself and my 2 kids. They had all 3 of us in and out in a very timely manner while still being incredibly thorough and explaining everything to us. My son needed a light prescription for glasses. The doctor told us that, although we could get the glasses there, it was our prescription and we could feel free to take it with us to shop around. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy there whatsoever, although we did end up purchasing from them because my son found a pair of frames he really liked and I thought the prices were extremely reasonable. We had a great experience and will definitely continue to use Furey Family Eyecare.

I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Dr. Furey and his team. When it comes to contacts, eyeglasses, and the overall health of your eyes, Dr. Furey and his team won't recommend that you do something just to make a sale. They believe in quality and durability. Scheduling is easy, and the service is friendly. I am extremely nearsighted, and I have severe astigmatism. Barbara is AMAZING! She always makes sure that the frames best match my prescription, and she always inspects the glasses to make sure that the lenses are perfect.

What an awesome experience after being stuck in a large eye doctor practice for years. I had heard about Furey Family Eyecare from some friends and gave it a shot. So glad I did. My annual eye exam would usually take around two hours. At Furey I was out in 59 minutes! Nice staff and very efficient. I WILL be back!

First experience with Pearle Vision and it was awesome! I was met with an enthusiastic greeting from several associates and was able to make my selection of new frames in a short period of time. Great selection with different price points to choose from…order process was easy and painless! A special thanks to Tanya for the outstanding customer service she provided! Highly recommend!

It's unfortunate that some people had bad experiences here. Luckily I had a fantastic experience. My contact lens exam and ordering process was pretty straightforward. I forget the name of my optometrist, but he was very pleasant and personable. There was an issue with my year supply of contacts being shipped on time. I called and spoke with Kathy (Cathy?) who was very helpful and professional over the phone. While I am waiting for my new contacts, they have gone above and beyond in order for me to have a gapless experience. I am glad that this business understands what customer service means. Great people here. I will recommend to friends, family, and co-workers and will be returning annually!

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Womack. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the complex issues with my eyes. He is patient, sincere and caring. I am so grateful that we found him and sincerely appreciate that he goes above and beyond at every visit. Even consulting with other professionals on my behalf to assist my husband and I in making the best decisions possible regarding the health of my eyes and needed upcoming surgeries.

First time at the location on Old Alabama rd. For my routine check up and it was a great experience. Dr. Kumar was very warm and inviting. I felt very comfortable with everyone that assisted me, will definitely return.

Dr. Stovall and his team are OUTSTANDING. In today's world, to not feel like a "number" and that a location and doctor is just "going through the motions" is something that I value. Everyone here is patient and kind and explains every step of the process and exactly what to expect during your visit. Laura is AWESOME and always helps me with my fittings and picking our glasses that I love! THANK YOU!
