The staff are always friendly and helpful. The eye exams are thorough, and they are clear about what is included and what costs extra and why one may or may not choose the extra. They never push new glasses, and are always honest about whether what you have might be good for another year or so, rather than insisting on a sale. I particularly appreciate how I am never rushed into choosing my frames. I think they would let me try on every frame in the building if I wanted to! They're honest, too, when I ask about whether something looks good on me or not. I always end up with flattering glasses, and leave confident in the health of my eye as well.

I have white coat syndrome. Whether it's my family doctor, my eye doctor, my psychiatrist. I get a nervous stomach and just want to be done with it all. From the moment I walked through the door the staff made me feel so comfortable. I told the young lady who did the basic eye stuff before seeing the doctor, "Your voice is so calming, so serene." The very sound of her voice calmed me. Then I met with Dr. Brian Shipley. I swear, it was like we were old friends. He was thorough, didn't treat me like iwas on an assembly line, or play Dr. God. To end my visit, the icing on the cake, the young lady helped me select the perfect glasses. We tried on quite a few before we both agreed on a cute pair. She knew what frames were most attractive on my face. She was on point. My kids always hate my selections and tell me I pick out old lady glasses. Well look out kids 'cause they ain't old lady anymore! I love Shipley and Wayland Eyecare. See you this time next year.

The entire staff is friendly and attentive. It seemed like everyone had a level head and understands efficiency (not the norm these days). The doctor was kind and to the point (which we appreciate). What we can't get over is the pricing. It is EXTREMELY reasonable. We have been to other eye clinics/offices and the pricing is double, if not triple, and the service isn't even close. We have referred our friends and family here. It is everything you want eye care to be, and nothing that you don't want. Thanks!!! Great experience.

All of the staff were wonderful. I had an issue with my glasses and they fixed them for me. Katelynn and the other staff member that assisted us were so helpful and personable. Wonderful experience all around.

Excellent experience. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. From making my apointment through my exam, follow up contact check , picking up my glasses and having them fitted and finalizing my contact prescription it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Monica helped us today 11/25/2023! She was VERY pleasant to deal with. She answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time helping us make our decision for new glasses. We Highly recommend America’s Best in Canton Ga

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Nan spent extra time helping me find the right frames for my face shape and size. She made my first eyeglass purchase enjoyable. I highly recommend!

I just called my mom to tell her that it was such a DELIGHTFUL experience. Dr. Mark listened to me, which I did not experience at my last private eye doctor. The office staff were respectful and kind. The process was quick and painless. I will definitely recommend to my coworkers and friends. Bravo!

I am a fairly new patient. I just had my second visit today. However, both times I have been there, the wait has been extremely long! I do love Dr. Weiner though.....so it's been worth the wait!

From the moment I walked in the door, Christina was friendly and an absolute pleasure to be around. The office is very quaint. Ashley was very kind and even held my hand during the procedure that Dr. Liou so gently handled for my eye. So grateful to have found this place, after many appointments with other well known clinics that weren’t successful. Thank y’all for being wonderful!!!
