I am a fairly new patient. I just had my second visit today. However, both times I have been there, the wait has been extremely long! I do love Dr. Weiner though.....so it's been worth the wait!

This place is amazing! From the moment I arrived until I completed everything, I felt respected and appreciated. The doctor explained everything as she worked, and the attention granted to me for picking out glasses was first class. (They were so kind until they adjusted a pair of my existing frames.) I totally recommend this place and look forward to visiting them again soon.

Dr Beth and her team are great!!! Great location, and even better quality of eye care. Convenient appointment availability and great selection of glasses. Definitely my eye care specialist going forward.

If you’re having symptoms in your eyes, then I recommend you actually go to licensed ophthalmologist or at least people who know better than these Visionworks, retail stores. The young Indian girl optalmologist in here, saw a hole in my eye during the summer, and she said it would just go away, but it actually turned into a retinal detachment and I had to have surgery last week. so now I’m dealing with this. I’m upset that she didn’t refer me to someone else If she wasn’t confident in her opinion. The doctor could have operated on it before it turned into a detachment because my other eye also had holes in it.

If your time is important to you pick somewhere else. Went through the doctors appointment fine and he put my prescription upfront. I spent about 30 minutes picking out frames, placed my frames on the counter and was told by the woman with blond hair and glasses that I was next. Another 30 minutes go by and I look over and see her sitting with the people that came in after me. I told the trainee working with her that I believe I’ve been Skip and he just looked at me and said “ oh I believe you were I’m sorry.” That was it they didn’t offer to take me or stop working with the people they just sat down. It was basically a blameless apology to just deal with it. So I did, and this is how…I told them hand me my prescription I’m shopping somewhere else for frames. My time is money too. If you rather deal with a professional shop that handles each customer with Care and consideration. Go somewhere else.

I received my new glasses and realized they didn’t fit as well as I wanted them to. I got there 15 minutes before closing due to traffic and the lady was so patient, not rushing me at all. She was very helpful to me finding the correct fit for my face! The entire experience was very good and refreshing to find this level of service!!! Thank You!!!💚

I had a appointment for this Thursday for eye exam. Called Monday morning & explained my eye was really bothering me. They not only worked me in but gave me a thorough eye exam. The two Ladies I had were very nice and very professional. I have high anxiety when going to any Doctor. They made me feel very comfortable right off. I would highly recommend the Canton office to anyone. The office was spotless & beautiful. Very calming atmosphere. Thank you, Carol Reynolds

I had a great experience with the all the staff. They were professional,knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable.The office and exam areas were very clean.The MD was very thorough in explaining my condition and any concerns I may have had. I would recommend this practice.

Dr Weiner and his staff were all very receptive. I had cataracts done and it's truly miracleI surgery. I highly recommend them.

Save yourself the time and effort. The Dr my 8 year old she saw shouldn’t see children, in my opinion. My child may not have picked up on his impatience but I certainly did. I also saw this Dr and my glasses make my vision worse. I haven’t crossed that bridge to see if they will correct them. When I went to pick my glasses up…the first time (the same day I was sent a reminder to pick them up) they were unable to dispense them without a Dr onsite. Wasted trip. Sitting here now waiting to pick up my daughter’s glasses (I just got my second reminder this morning). I’m unable to pick up her glasses because there isn’t a Dr onsite. Wasted trip. Why don’t you text all the people you just reminded to pick up their glasses and tell them exactly when they can pick them up. Over it.
