AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Rhonda was a real treasure and helped ensure my brother and I found the best glasses we could! So thankful and can’t wait to get my glasses in! Eric is also so kind and has helped me in past appointments! The doctor and staff are all truly so amazing! 13/10 experience!

I went in to exchange my glasses since the pair I received wasn't working for me. Eric was extremely helpful and patient with finding me a pair that I loved. It was a quick and stress-free exchange and I left happy!

Very personable and helpful staff. Rhonda was amazing! She helped me pick out THE perfect frames and ensured that I had the best lenses and eye protection that was available. The employees at this The Super Optical Express were professional, helpful and respectful. Dr. Funderburk did a thorough examination of my eyes and was patient and helpful in taking time to explain what my examination revealed. He was very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend his practice.

I have been a customer of Super Optical Express Gainesville for over 25 years and recently moved 2 hours away but still make the drive because Dr. Funderburk is just that good! He's a fantastic Dr and wouldn't think of going to anyone else. The staff at the front desk are always helpful and very professional. Thank you all very much!

Dr. Robinson and his staff are amazing. They truly understand the idea of customer service. I've been a patient for nearly 3 years and have always left feeling as though I was heard and understood. I will never take my family anywhere else.

The staff and doctor are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and attentive. However, after a year or so of using my glasses and taking good care of them, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the lens. I paid close to $500 (after insurance) for the pair of glasses I got, and in such a brief time the lens has deteriorated pretty awfully. The glasses have not been scratched or damaged in any way, but some lines have formed within the lens that make vision blurry. I have tried cleaning according to the instructions that are handed with the glasses when you first get them, but these lines seem to be a defect of the materials used for the lens, and not a result of damage or lack of maintenance. I’m adding a picture below for reference, though I consider the distortion cannot be fully appreciated in said picture, and I was not able to capture a better picture with my camera.

The visit was economical, but the service was outstanding! They also include imaging of the retinas which in itself is beneficial. I was given a pair of contact lenses right in their office instead of waiting weeks or months. The Optometrists were not only knowledgeable they worked to insure your new contacts and glasses worked into your lifestyle. I recommend this Optical to everyone especially those with low vision or visual difficulties. This was the best vision check up I have had in decades.

This is my first time wearing glasses or contacts. The service at Eye Lab was very professional and courteous. The equipment that they used was top notch. So I was a little taken back when I actually received my new glasses. The case was a thin cheaply made plastic case.

My experience at that store was excellent and that is why I gave them a 5 star. The staff was very professional and their customer service was great. They made sure the my glasses fit and I was not in any discomfort. Thank you so much for helping me see the world.
