I recently had an eyeglass and contact eye exam at Stanton Optical. Despite a busy evening, Jonathan, the store manager, ensured I was attended to promptly and efficiently. He kept me informed about the wait time and offered to fix my glasses. The staff was welcoming, and trying a telemed optometrist for the first time was convenient. I highly recommend this location, and if you go, ask for Jonathan—he's incredibly helpful with all your glasses/contact needs.

This company is "in network" with my insurance. The office is nice/clean with no bad smells .... GovMent frames are separated from the high-end.

I had the best experience at My Eye Dr. in Gainesville Florida. The staff there was very efficient. I love Dr Gonzalez. I felt she took the health of my eyes very serious and recommended some things for me to do. She has a great personality and did all this while we were having a good time. I really appreciated her professionalism with an ability not to be stuffy and boring. I was dreading picking out my glasses because that's always what takes me the longest. I had a true rock star! His name is Wheeler! He's very sharp and fashion conscious listened to everything I had to say and made this job so extremely easy! In fact I'll even go a little bit further and say he actually made it fun. It took no time to narrow down which frames look the best and then he went over my order. I am excited about getting them soon ❤️

Really like it here. Friendly, professional, efficient. Doctor really seemed to care about getting the best prescription possible. Wheeler was great with check out; explaining the options for glasses lens replacement, and my coverage for everything, etc.

The nose pads on my glasses broke, so I went here to get them fixed. I walked in, put my name on a list, and was out within 10 minutes. Very polite service, and it didn't cost anything.

As far as for the doctors knowing their specialty, I would say excellent! However for the staff that is there, they are rude, racist, overworked and underpaid! And I can attest that they definitely treat Medicaid patients very differently from the rest. Beware!

I would rather drive out of area for specialist care. The care tech didn't listen to my concerns and was incredibly rude when I was trying to obtain information on my specific case. Dr. Khuddus told me my primary eye Dr isn't educated enough for her opinion to be considered.. even tho she is who sees me on a regular basis. I'm just baffled by my experience, I now see this office is highly recommended bc it is one of the only in the area not bc of the actual services provided.

2023 Busy place. Always greeted with smiles. Great staff, some local students working others learning on the job. Very pleasant waiting room. Its always busy and you'll have to be patient because you will be waiting, being a Subspecialist doc is in high demand, Doctor is extremely qualified in his field of Ophthalmology. highly knowledgeable, experienced, top notch, professor. Staff is efficient and try to move patients along as quickly as they can. I feel like I am in good hands with this team of professionals. I think it's worth the wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5 years mom was a patient now myself 3 years. Two locations. Gainesville and Chiefland.
