My retina specialist in Cincinnati referred me to Dr. Cohen for an eye injection during my stay in Florida. This was my first visit with him. I was impressed with the office staff, including the receptionist and the tech, Ennis, who did an outstanding job of preparing me for the eye injection. Dr. Cohen had a calming, patient friendly manner and performed the procedure very satisfactorily. I found the office visit to be extremely positive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Cohen.

This lenscrafters is awesome, staff was super helpful. Had my yearly eye exam at the in store office and they were super quick to help as I browsed and tried on every pair. My glasses were done so fast when I called me I had to ask them if they were for real! Fitting was quick as I wanted just a little adjustment behind the ears, I'll be back next year. This location is right across from the movie theater, so park on that side of the mall, when I went in the morning the smell of popcorn made me want to take my new eyes and go watch a movie.

I was very happy overall. The doctor that did my exam was very kind and patient with me. The staff at the front desk are great. The gentleman that helped me pick out glasses also very nice. My only suggestion would be better support when new contact users are trying to get them in for the first time. Two short videos and "go for it" was a bit challenging. I eventually got it lol. I plan on staying with this office for my future glasses/contact needs and recommending to family and friends.

My wife had taken my Costa sunglasses in to this store a few months ago. But they said they don't repair that brand. Upon returning home, I explained to my wife they didn't need a "repair." Just one little nut had fallen off one of the two screws that held the left lens onto the frame. I finally returned to the store last week myself and explained this to the optician. He initially said he didn't think he had a nut that small but that he would check. He returned a few minutes later with GOOD news that he was able to replace it. NO CHARGE! How nice. I regret that I did not ask his name. Thank you.

Dr. Behler is really great and his staff is really nice as well. He was able to perform a difficult cataract surgery on me and was able to get my vision back in my eye. Which, at the time I wasn’t guaranteed I would get vision back. I highly recommend Dr. Behler if you need cataract surgery.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Behler is experienced and did a wonderful job with my refractive lens replacement.

I visited LensCrafters today, and I was totally happy! I was visiting Florida from Albania 🇦🇱, Europe and I accidentally broke my optical glasses. I go to 23902 US Hwy. 19 North Location and I meet Luis Santiago and his professional college. He helped me to make make new glasses! I choose Armani Exchange frames and regular lenses, and you know what they cost me just 99$! And the whole process just took 1 hour. They do offer also variety of other models like: Gucci, Prada, Armani, Versace, Louis Vouiton and many more optical and sunglasses as well! Thank you so much keep up the good work 👍🏻

I lost my glasses at the beach while on vacation. Luis at Lens Crafters went above and beyond to create a replacement pair for me based on my most recent prescription & the style of my old frames. This process was effortless as all I had to do was pick them up. Luis absolutely saved the day! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Dr kyle Linsey and his staff. I was very impressed by his knowledge and explanation of my symptoms. His staff are very courteous and knowledgeable of their trade. I will highly recommend Dr kyle Linsey!
