Absolutely wonderful office. The opticians are all so kind and attentive, Dr. Zelensky is fantastic, he is thorough and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I’ve been to many optometrists and nothing compares to the care that is provided here.

I know this may sound petty but during my visit a few days ago I was met with pseudo Covid protocol where all employees were wearing masks like we’re back in 2020, which was great because you know, they’re protecting themselves but the IRONY and HYPOCRISY is that they don’t sterilize their equipment. See attached photos. In other words, everyone’s masked up but no bueno on wiping down the equipment. :(

Always efficient in this store, John is consistently helpful. That being said, I do have an issue with every employee greeting me wearing a Covid? mask (it's 2023). And with moderate/severe hearing loss, I have an even harder time communicating. Very disrespectful.

I saw Dr Esser for the first this , he notice that I may have a shift change to my vision and educated me on my diagnosis recommended to see see my PCP , he was right . I recommend Dr Esser if you want a caring and detailed doctor.

Everyone in the doctors office is exceptionally nice and you can definitely tell they care about helping people. Jeanette however in the glasses area has always been rude to my family and I. She always has an attitude and makes us feel dumb for asking questions. We have gone in twice and had her both times and my mom now swears that’ll be the last time we go to gaze optometry. As someone who works in customer service (front desk at a hotel), I can guarantee that her attitude towards customers is not normal at all!! I know if we had anyone else help us those two times we’d be back because the doctor is awesome, but we would rather go somewhere where we don’t feel stupid and belittled.

Incredibly nice and incredibly efficient eyecare place. The doctor has a really courteous, nice bedside manner (especially for someone who has to get up close to your face), and the staff are very nice too. I also walked in wearing the same exact color as all of their uniforms, which I think made everyone laugh! I don’t ever leave reviews and can feel pretty shy around people, so you can trust me when I say that this is the best Eyecare experience I’ve had!

I have placed my trust in Dr. Sheh for my vision, and I truly value her opinion. She explains each treatment confidently and professionally. There is a strong sense of trust between the doctor and the patient.

I paid more with insurance for an exam and contact lens fitting fee than I ever have without insurance. The employee was nice and tried her best explaining the fees. However, my eyeglass and contact prescription did not change so I’m not sure why I was charged a premium contact lens fitting fee when I should’ve been charged a regular fee. I visited because the reviews were good and it was close to home. I left feeling ripped off.
