This place has the WORST customer service. I’d give them a zero if I could. The doctors may be great but their opticians are HORRIBLE. It seemed like SUCH and inconvenience when we asked for their help. When we arrived, we waited patiently outside of their roped off area and they were not at all interested in helping whatsoever. I asked if they took my sons insurance and the man who was less than obliged to help said, “oh I don’t know I’d have to call.” Okay, that’s acceptable, I thought. Then he proceeded to be rude to the insurance representative and I could hear his whole conversation with her! While he was on the phone, another optician came out and made the comment, “ ugh, I just don’t understand why there are so many people in here right now.” It was myself, my son, and his father, NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THERE. I inquired about pricing for my lenses, and while he was explaining pricing, the same rude woman stepped right in front of me to speak the man about something TOTALLY unrelated to what him and I were talking about. HOW RUDE! All-in-all, I walked out and will never return to this location. I mean, for opticians that work at Walmart, if you’re sitting, ALL YOU HAVE IS TIME. You’re in sales and customer service, don’t make people feel like an inconvenience.

Donald has gone beyond the call of duty twice to help me with my glasses. I can’t thank him enough! Big 5 ⭐️ for him.
An older lady employee “scolded” me for trying on glasses and then putting them back in the rack instead of being nice about it. Not sure what her problem was.
Good experience with the doctor and his admin assistant. They were very nice. I have anxiety about going inside anywhere these days with Covid but Donald and the doctor/assistant put my mind at ease.
Thank you!

I saw my optometrist in WV who suggested that I have my cataracts removed. Since I was leaving for Florida the next week, I decided to have the surgery done there. Upon arrival, I asked my friends who they recommended, and I got the names of several cataract surgeons. I reviewed the credentials and the patient reviews of the suggested opthomologists, and I chose Dr Scott Beheld, as he was noted to have performed surgery on other eye doctors. If he was good enough for eye doctors, then he was good enough for me. I made an excellent choice as I now have 20/20 vision. I never expected to see like a 25 yr old again. but I now do.Dr. Behler's office staff is top notch, including Jayne, his nurse, and Tammy, his receptionist. The staff at the surgery center was kind, caring, and talented. Kudos to all of you.

I had my eyes fixed 10 years ago and they were great, Dr Behler did a wonderful job and got my vision perfect. But a few years ago my vision started to blur up. I figure it's because of my age. So I went back to Dr Behler and I went through all of the new testing and procedures only to find out that he was not able to do the surgery because somebody knew took over the equipment. I was told they would call me when the new cards came in for the machine. It's been several months and no calls. However an individual wrote a review 2 months ago saying that they had their eyes fixed. I've been waiting for over 6 months for the surgery and 2 months ago somebody had their eyes fixed. And still nobody's called me to get my eyes fixed. I went from having perfect vision a few years ago to having blurry vision and it's very irritating to know that others are having the surgery but for some reason they are giving me the runaround.

Behler Eye and Laser Clinic does a wonderful job educating and supporting its patients. I recently had cataracts removed in both eyes and replaced by multifocal lenses. My vision is 20/20, and I have donated all my prescription glasses! Dr. Behler and his staff were amazing. They are professional yet warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Behler and his amazing staff for your vision needs.

Dr Cohen is exceptional in every way. Personable, professional and very easy to understand. He explains a procedure so that any can be fully aware of what to expect. From the time you walk into his office until you leave you have that well cared for feeling. Thanks to Dr Cohen and his entire staff.

My retina specialist in Cincinnati referred me to Dr. Cohen for an eye injection during my stay in Florida. This was my first visit with him. I was impressed with the office staff, including the receptionist and the tech, Ennis, who did an outstanding job of preparing me for the eye injection. Dr. Cohen had a calming, patient friendly manner and performed the procedure very satisfactorily. I found the office visit to be extremely positive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Cohen.

This lenscrafters is awesome, staff was super helpful. Had my yearly eye exam at the in store office and they were super quick to help as I browsed and tried on every pair. My glasses were done so fast when I called me I had to ask them if they were for real! Fitting was quick as I wanted just a little adjustment behind the ears, I'll be back next year. This location is right across from the movie theater, so park on that side of the mall, when I went in the morning the smell of popcorn made me want to take my new eyes and go watch a movie.

I was very happy overall. The doctor that did my exam was very kind and patient with me. The staff at the front desk are great. The gentleman that helped me pick out glasses also very nice. My only suggestion would be better support when new contact users are trying to get them in for the first time. Two short videos and "go for it" was a bit challenging. I eventually got it lol. I plan on staying with this office for my future glasses/contact needs and recommending to family and friends.

My wife had taken my Costa sunglasses in to this store a few months ago. But they said they don't repair that brand. Upon returning home, I explained to my wife they didn't need a "repair." Just one little nut had fallen off one of the two screws that held the left lens onto the frame. I finally returned to the store last week myself and explained this to the optician. He initially said he didn't think he had a nut that small but that he would check. He returned a few minutes later with GOOD news that he was able to replace it. NO CHARGE! How nice. I regret that I did not ask his name. Thank you.
