This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased with Dr. Dorvall and her staff. Dr. Dorvall diagnosed a problem I have had for years that my doctor in Winter Haven never did. She will be correcting it with another visit. Everyone in the office is very kind, helpful and friendly. I'm glad I found a very smart doctor. It wasn't my husband who saw Dr. Dorvall. I ended up missing the building and being 10 minutes late, my error. 8:10 AM. They were very forgiving, and I hope I didn't throw the schedule off too much. They are professional and the doctor was thorough, explained very well. I am continuing to be their patient.

Had an issue that came up. To my surprise they promptly saw me the same day that I called. The staff and Dr. Puglia were prompt and efficient. Glad I chose Ocala Eye for my eye care.

Dr Vish is very caring and takes his time with you. He explained all of my options before scheduling my cataract surgery. This enabled me to make the right decision. I’m so glad Dr Vish was the doctor that performed my surgery and I highly recommend him.

As always, the doctors and staff at Ocala Eye offer superb patient services and certainly the latest technology. Dr. Vish and all the staff are knowledgeable and so very supportive. I live in Orlando and drive over two hours just to be seen by this group. That is how much confidence and trust I have in them! Dr. Vish will be doing my cataract surgery in September and although I was a bit apprehensive, Dr. Vish explained everything to expect. Dr Vish was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My improved eye site is exactly the outcome he expected. The only irritating factor with Ocala Eye is paying $75 for eye drops in which I had to purchase 3. He did give me a 50% discount on the last bottle. This is after paying about $6,400 for both eyes.

Dr. Paglia is very personable and takes the time to be informative. He is careful to check that information he gave is understandable, and finishes with asking if you have any questions. Very happy to see him.

Dr Paglia is always friendly, down to earth, and thorough. His professional explanations provide reassurance of what is being done to treat your condition. I strongly recommend Dr Paglia.

I hesitate even leaving one star for the office in Inverness the staff is very on organized the wait time is hour and a half to 2 hours before you even get into the exam room .the wait time is month in between appointments and as far as the doctor goes Dr. Shalesh Kaushal is the rudest doctor I ever met even though the staff told me after waiting two hours that there were only able to do one eye at the time of the test a month before on my wife he said they don't know what to talk about and got very abrupt and when I ask the doctor about it he told me to leave the office and also my wife to leave he never did give us the results and refused to send the results to my doctor for almost 2 weeks and that's my (primary doctor )I had to call the insurance company and my primary doctor and they called several times before he finally sent the information and guess what it says right there they was only able to do one eye test so I guess he was wrong again and if you can find any other doctor I would recommend that .And not seeing comprehensive Retina Consultants in Inverness Florida. They are always overbook and wait time is an hour and a half to two hours. Just because a Dr. Gets a license to practice doesn't make him a good Doctor. IT'S funny all the negative post that was on the website about the Inverness are all gone???

Dr Kaushal is highly knowledgeable and personable. I have trusted my vision to his excellent care for many years.
