If you have an eye condition and want to preserve what vision you have then Dr. Kaushal and his staff are the best you can find anywhere. My family has been fortunate to know this doctor and benefit from his collaborative approach to medicine. Every patient is special to this group. We highly recommend.

I would not recommend Dr. Terpstra. My eyelid surgery was awful. One eye looked very different when done. It was so bad, it had to be redone. I had weeks of additional healing. Even a year later, you can see the difference and the uneven scars on both eyes. I have to wear a lot of concealer to cover it.

Dr. Terpstra was recommended to me by several people who had eyelid surgery completed by her. The complementary recommendations all proved to be true as I was very satisfied with the results of my surgery. No scares and both eyes are symmetrical in look. I would highly recommend her.

Wait time was longer than it should have been. This has been my experience every year. I believe the appointments should be spaced further apart if a patient can not be seen within 20 to 30 minutes of their appointment. Other than that, Dr. Armstrong and her associates are first rate.

Great staff! Emily and Ethan were outstanding! Emily performed the best vision test I've ever had. Very patient! Ethan was very detailed and easy to work with. Did excellent job administering my pressure test, the part I usually dread! Dr. Armstrong is also great and explainseverything very well. Remembered my history. Had to wait about half hour past my appointment time but it was well worth it!

Dr Armstrong was very efficient, thorough and respectful. She takes the necessary time needed to go over results and give recommendations. She is excellent.

I think going to mid Florida I for 15 plus years. I love these people. Today I was there and I talked to Katherine who performed on my test. I wanted to commend her very much. I've been wearing glasses since I was about five or six years old. I have never had a finer exam then hers. I had a lot of questions because things had been happening and I needed some answers and she was understanding and knew what I was talking about. I've always used MidFlorida eye center and all of the staff is friendly and very competent in their jobs. I also love the concierge that you call for an appointment or just to ask a question. It's the best service I have ever experienced. I worked in retail merchandising and banking so I know good service when I get it. They have earned five stars and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First experience with Mid Florida Eye Center. Taken care of by several professionals during my visit. Thorough, knowledgeable, explained each test. Respectful and pleasant from the moment I entered the office until I was finished. Pleased with the visit. Just wish I'd had a little more time with the doctor. Next time I'll be ready.
