I hesitate even leaving one star for the office in Inverness the staff is very on organized the wait time is hour and a half to 2 hours before you even get into the exam room .the wait time is month in between appointments and as far as the doctor goes Dr. Shalesh Kaushal is the rudest doctor I ever met even though the staff told me after waiting two hours that there were only able to do one eye at the time of the test a month before on my wife he said they don't know what to talk about and got very abrupt and when I ask the doctor about it he told me to leave the office and also my wife to leave he never did give us the results and refused to send the results to my doctor for almost 2 weeks and that's my (primary doctor )I had to call the insurance company and my primary doctor and they called several times before he finally sent the information and guess what it says right there they was only able to do one eye test so I guess he was wrong again and if you can find any other doctor I would recommend that .And not seeing comprehensive Retina Consultants in Inverness Florida. They are always overbook and wait time is an hour and a half to two hours. Just because a Dr. Gets a license to practice doesn't make him a good Doctor. IT'S funny all the negative post that was on the website about the Inverness are all gone???

If you have an eye condition and want to preserve what vision you have then Dr. Kaushal and his staff are the best you can find anywhere. My family has been fortunate to know this doctor and benefit from his collaborative approach to medicine. Every patient is special to this group. We highly recommend.

I would not recommend Dr. Terpstra. My eyelid surgery was awful. One eye looked very different when done. It was so bad, it had to be redone. I had weeks of additional healing. Even a year later, you can see the difference and the uneven scars on both eyes. I have to wear a lot of concealer to cover it.

Dr. Terpstra was recommended to me by several people who had eyelid surgery completed by her. The complementary recommendations all proved to be true as I was very satisfied with the results of my surgery. No scares and both eyes are symmetrical in look. I would highly recommend her.

Wait time was longer than it should have been. This has been my experience every year. I believe the appointments should be spaced further apart if a patient can not be seen within 20 to 30 minutes of their appointment. Other than that, Dr. Armstrong and her associates are first rate.

Great staff! Emily and Ethan were outstanding! Emily performed the best vision test I've ever had. Very patient! Ethan was very detailed and easy to work with. Did excellent job administering my pressure test, the part I usually dread! Dr. Armstrong is also great and explainseverything very well. Remembered my history. Had to wait about half hour past my appointment time but it was well worth it!

Dr Armstrong was very efficient, thorough and respectful. She takes the necessary time needed to go over results and give recommendations. She is excellent.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, kind, and explained anything that was to be done during a procedure. Very informative & gentle and helpful. I would & will recommend Lake Eye to anyone I speak to about eye exams & procedures.

Kaitlyn is an awesome tech! She was welcoming and took initiative to anticipate my needs. Kaitlyn is experienced and skilled at her role. Brittany who assisted Dr Young was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Young is fortunate to have a strong supportive team to help her, so she can focus on my vision needs. I think going to mid Florida I for 15 plus years. I love these people. Today I was there and I talked to Katherine who performed on my test. I wanted to commend her very much. I've been wearing glasses since I was about five or six years old. I have never had a finer exam then hers. I had a lot of questions because things had been happening and I needed some answers and she was understanding and knew what I was talking about. I've always used MidFlorida eye center and all of the staff is friendly and very competent in their jobs. I also love the concierge that you call for an appointment or just to ask a question. It's the best service I have ever experienced. I worked in retail merchandising and banking so I know good service when I get it. They have earned five stars and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
