I think going to mid Florida I for 15 plus years. I love these people. Today I was there and I talked to Katherine who performed on my test. I wanted to commend her very much. I've been wearing glasses since I was about five or six years old. I have never had a finer exam then hers. I had a lot of questions because things had been happening and I needed some answers and she was understanding and knew what I was talking about. I've always used MidFlorida eye center and all of the staff is friendly and very competent in their jobs. I also love the concierge that you call for an appointment or just to ask a question. It's the best service I have ever experienced. I worked in retail merchandising and banking so I know good service when I get it. They have earned five stars and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Came in on first day of vacation with a small metal object in my eye. Being out of town, I simply googled this place and was so glad I did. They worked me in within 2 hours of calling and fixed my problem. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Dr Rawls was very thorough in examining me and very clear with directions/ instructions for the next few days.

Had to wait quite a while but the eye technician and Dr Holman were both very personable, professional and thorough and both gave clear explanations of the condition of my eyes and recommendations going forward. Will probably have cataract surgery in the near future.

Dr Rawls was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her assistant was just as friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and even made some informative recommendations.

Professional, friendly, very thorough with the latest technology. The Dr. was awesome!!!! Thank you very much! The in house eyeglass store is amazing. Many style with petite sizes. Jessica was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding picking out the frame that fits my face. Many thanks!!!

Dr Elmallah saved what little sight I had left in my left eye due to glycoma after my previous doctor ignored the problem. Thank you doctor for the great work!

The staff is very professional as well as pleasant. Dr Barnes has been keeping me informed every step of the way. He is very compassionate with me and willing to answer any questions I may have.

It was a Thursday afternoon I had a blurry spot in my left eye around noon , then by 4 pm I couldn't see out of my left eye at all. I went to another eye doctor and the referred me to Florida Retina Institute in Lady Lake. Several visits and then Dr.Mavofrides preformed surgery on my eye and has restored my sight completely. They're very polite, kind and compassionate. They explained every step and made me as comfortable as possible. I truly am grateful and I would recommend them to anyone with any eye issues or concerns.

I see Dr. Samuel Houston every four to five weeks. He is very professional but friendly and always remembers me. I receive a shot in my eye at every visit. Dr. Houston is so precise and fast I do not need the numbing shot. When I had a concern between visits, he got me in immediately. I saw another retina specialist before I moved here and by far I would recommend Dr Houston.

Dr Zeini is professional and caring. If you have a question he takes time to explain and help you understand. Hus staff is alao courteous and helpful.
