Best eye appointment I’ve been to! Quick and painless. Virtual visits are not what I expected, definitely convenient. Also the optometric technician was wonderful and super friendly! Definitely recommend!

My husband had treatment here. The doctors are extremely smart and willing to spend the time to explain everything in detail. Front office staff however is extremely dismissive. On our day after post op my husband had extreme nausea and vomiting. I asked if we could get back as soon as possible to avoid throwing up in their waiting room. As this is post surgery I would have expected a single conversation with a medical provider, MA, nurse or anyone other than the secretary I told about his extreme nausea and vomiting. Instead she rolled her eyes at me, never reached out to medical personal to let them know and just continued to sit there and act as though I hadn't just notified her he was struggling. As soon as we got called back and I again told a medical person about his nausea and vomiting she at least made an attempt to address it. This is a common side affect of surgery and it isn't out of scope to request it he addressed in a facility. Rather disappointing and it doesnt look good for the doctors, that staff doesn't care or try or ask.

I just had an exam here today (the Pueblo location) and can't say enough good things about this group. Every employee I dealt with was very friendly, kind and professional. Dr Stanford Taylor was also very friendly, professional and put my mind at ease that my eyes were healthy. The negative reviews here really surprise me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a first-time (and last-time) appointment with Dr. Martidis today, who spent all of five minutes with me, if that. While the clinic’s front-desk and support staff were all wonderful, he was the rudest and most insensitive doctor I’ve ever encountered. If you’re ever referred to this practice and are assigned to him, I very highly recommend that you request a different doctor, even if you have to wait an extra few weeks to get an appointment slot.

Heather was wonderful! Has good listening skills and really pressed on to get me the best of everything! Then I tried to leave a google review and it did not work. Gianna was also amazing as she walked me thru getting the review to work! They both need a raise! Wonderful employees! Thank you to you both!

Unbelievably bad experience. Had similar experience with another "Clough" as a federal employee exposing waste, fraud, illegal conduct by federal employee, this Clough was one in the U.S. EPA, region 8 Denver, which precipitated illegal act of reprisal, retaliation etc., whistleblower ring a bell? Observed a male individual in Clough's office talking to him who was engaged in that in the Denver area. Dr. Clough engaged in an almost interrogation kind of conversation. Then he went into a dialog of how he liked to for personal reasons harass, intimidate and embarrass prisoners at the super Max prison in Florence, prisoners like one of the Oklahoma bombers, the Unabomber etc. Sending a message? Then he insists that he put a medical substance in my eyes but would not tell me what the substance was or it's purpose. Later I found out he put false and negative information on a state form which was immediately rejected by the state. After decades of dealing with people who engage in less tan honorable conduct I found they never do it just once or for one reason, it is chronic, habitual, routine. They get away with it. I would recommend avoiding this facility. Dr. Clough needs to face Kerrigan in Denver and figure themselves out.

I recently switched from a very large clinic to Dr. Clough, and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. The staff is professional and Dr. Clough was Awesome!

Extremely knowledgeable and competent Doctor and staff. No place better for optometry services in or out of town!

Past experiences have been great, however, this time was different. My appointment was cancelled twice, we finally had the eye exam with the doctor online, and that went okay. We go to look at the glasses and the women who helped was so LOUD and very unprofessional. In the future I will be asking for someone else to help me. My appointment should be quiet, confidential, and stay in that area. The person helping should not be so LOUD that all of Wal-mart can hear what is going on.
