Customer service not good with some. Mrs. Wanda is wonderful. Manager attitude not great concerning her employees customer service. Been with the company for years but I will start looking for a different company. Companies need managers that set good examples of customer service so the employees will do the same

From the staff at the front desk, assistant that takes you back to the room, the ladies in accounting and Dr. Brock - always an amazing and wonderful experience! Dr. Brock is THE best! Very thorough and makes you feel comfortable to ask all questions! I’ll certainly be back next year again and again as I have! Great practice!

I had to go here to get a new eye exam due to the initial Dr else were giving me a prescription that was giving me headaches. This office takes pics of the retina which by the way is suuuper cool to see but also very efficient. He is focused and takes the time to ask you how well you can see and will compare even looking for the slightest difference. The other staff do an excellent job explaining to customers cost differences, and how things work insurance wise.They even measure your frames. I am big on professionalism and being knowledgeable! This is a well run shop and I appreciated Ryan and Ashley's professional, knowledge, care, and everyone's efficiency!

After having frustrating experiences with other doctors I'm so glad I made an appointment to see Dr. Horwitz. He was caring, took his time to evaluate me and go over my history had a great experience and would recommend his office to family and friends!

Dr. Patel was great!! He explained everything in detail and had amazing “bedside” manner. Front office staff and tech who did part of my exam were all very nice and helpful.

I’ve gone to other optometrist who have tossed me to the side due to my tough situation but Dr. Kim Nguyen was very kind and understanding of my situation. Lenses have not worked out so I opted in for contacts. Dr. Kim was thorough with my examination. I appreciate the time she took with my examination and also her patience. Will definitely be returning for my follow up next year.

Dr Ransome is thorough and patient, determined to find solutions. He discovered relief for my eye issues that wasn't forthcoming from treatments prescribed by ophthalmologists in town or professors of ophthalmology in Denver.

I loved the assistance that first took me back, I can't remember his name but he was very kind and friendly. He did most of the eye tests. Dr Chung is a great Doc. Also very nice and friendly.

I really love this place Dr Cassidy has performed 2cateract surgeries and has kept my glaucoma in check. I also love his office staff. They help in every way possible to make sure that you can get in a timely manner.
