Past experiences have been great, however, this time was different. My appointment was cancelled twice, we finally had the eye exam with the doctor online, and that went okay. We go to look at the glasses and the women who helped was so LOUD and very unprofessional. In the future I will be asking for someone else to help me. My appointment should be quiet, confidential, and stay in that area. The person helping should not be so LOUD that all of Wal-mart can hear what is going on.

Made an appointment for my son. Get to appt and they could not find my son's insurance in their data base so I had to pay out of pocket. Halfway through exam I learn it will be a virtual exam with the doctor. What??? First I heard of this. I would not have made the appt had I known. The receptionist/tech was less than friendly, condescending, and downright rude when I expressed my displeasure about the experience. I will never use a Walmart optometrist office again.

The lady was rude, threw my contact case on the table. The people on the glasses side were great but the eye doctor nurse was unprofessional and the Dr was over a zoom meeting. It was very uninviting and uncomfortable

Dr. Ransome was great for our whole family! He was very patient for our 2 year old and didn't rush the adults while he worked out our prescriptions. The office was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the entire experience was lovely. We will 100% be coming back!

Dr Ransome is thorough and patient, determined to find solutions. He discovered relief for my eye issues that wasn't forthcoming from treatments prescribed by ophthalmologists in town or professors of ophthalmology in Denver.

My husband first came to Dr. Peter's about 3 years ago using VA Community Care. We had a lot of problems with VA and Becky and Dr. Peter's worked diligently to get all the problems resolved. Highly recommend this office for anyone using Community Care. They were always professional and caring. I also have Dr. Peters as my eye doctor. They go above and beyond what other eye doctors do. She explained everything she was doing and why. They treat you like family. I also saw this with other patients that walked in while I was there.

Customer service is not good and definitely needs lots of improvement! This starts at the front desk/ check in, they offered very little communication or information, I was made to feel like I was more of an inconvenience than a paying customer. There's more, just to upset to put it into words at the moment and I prefer to offer positive constructive feedback, not just bashing.

I bought 2 pair of progressive glasses on sale 99.99 spent 322. I've purchase these same glasses before had no problems this time however neither one fits correctly was told by Roberta nothing could be done REALLY? she said I hadn't purchased insurance I was never offered insurance. So now I'm stuck with 2 pair that are so uncomfortable really hard to wear so guess I'll have to wear my glasses from 5 years ago that are great! So very unhappy with glasses and service.
