Great place with Excellent service! Been coming here for a couple of years now and will definitely continue coming here! Staff is very friendly and great at what they do!

I came in with my husband and was told while we were waiting to go back, to go downstairs and they would call me when he went back. They did this to 4 of us and they never called any of us back upstairs to go in with the patients we were here with. Completely didn’t explain what they were trying to do with sending us downstairs and was just completely rude about it. Not happy at all.

My experience was smooth and informative. Felicia helped me out and she was very warm, relatable and friendly. She was patient and kind. I felt very comfortable with the doctor as well. She was knowledgeable and helped me recognize something I didn't know needed recognization, helping me to correctly label what I was experiencing and seeking to understand instead of rushing. It was a simple process. I can't forget Jennifer too who is super helpful, warm and a sweetheart. These people look to help any possible way they can.

I have been going here for several years and they never fail!!! Dr Pickett is amazing! He is great at explaining your diagnosis and how to help. The staff??? best ever!!! They know their stuff and really go out of their way to help!!! Tina is amazing!!!

The Dr is amazing...he may seem a little blunt but he sincerely cares abt your well being(cant say that abt every dr).the lady in the front is super accommodating and nice....Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. They had everything ordered and scripted in less than a week. You can't find a better place for eyeglasses and contacts. Thank you SPECS you have a customer for life.

Dr. Patel was amazing. My previous optometrist left for another company that my insurance didn't cover so I had a hard time finding someone new and was very nervous about it. However, Dr. Patel was so welcoming and friendly. He has a very wonderful personality and took his time with my appointment. I felt like he saw me as a real person instead of another patient of the day. He was very thorough with my exam and explained everything he was doing so that I knew what was happening the whole time. I definitely will be recommending his office to all of my friends and family!

Have had nothing but great experiences stopping here! They are my primary eye care provider. Not only is everyone, especially Tanner, very easy to talk to but I have never felt pressured to purchase anything that wasn’t necessary! I will continue to use this vision center as my primary eye care provider.

I am from out of town and lost my contact lenses with over a week of vacation left. I am pretty much blind without them. Patty answered when I called and immediately took care of everything to get me a sample pair to wear for the rest of my trip. When I got there to pick them up, she had labeled them for me, gave me somewhere to wash my hands and put them in, and sent me on my way with a bottle of solution and a case for them. She is a lifesaver! We had called 3 other places that refused to help us. Patty and Vision Center totally saved our vacation.
