It has been a while since going to the eye doctor. Dr. House and office staff is very nice and friendly. She answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this eye doctor. I can now feel comfortable on yearly check ups now that I found my eye doctor home.

Dr. Cozzetta provides great eye care and outstanding customer service. Here you are a person, not a number or a quota. The staff are friendly and efficient I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzetta's since elementary school, and as an adult I make a point of driving to Pueblo for my annual eye exam.

Dr Cozzetta runs a great office. They are professional and convenient. Doc has a great personality and is very friendly. I have always had a good experience there and will continue to refer friends and family there.

I have been a patient of Dr Cozzetta for over 20 years excluding the past maybe 4-5 years. I don't know why I went anywhere else! I can promise you will never get the same amazing treatment from another Dr in town! I'm back to stay!

Made an appointment and got there and the doctor was apparently sick. The manager said he called me which he didn’t or dialed the wrong number either way he acted like he didn’t care. An never even gave an apology. Now I’m avoiding this place all together and just heading to the springs for my appointment. Your staff needs some empathy Training.

All around excellent staff extremely helpful and attentive to even the smallest details. Trevor helped us and was great, he managed to make us feel seen, heard and moved the appointment right along despite having a small rush of customers. Great service

Doctor is great but staff up front is completely rude and need to learn how to treat their customers with respect. It’s your job to answer questions. Why treat people like you hate your job in a professional environment. My family of five who has been going there for over 5 years will no longer be going to this place again!!!!

Friendly, candid, knowledgeable, and detailed. Patient with my fidgety child. Willing to communicate and answer questions with myself and son. Even shared in detail with a model to show my son what dilating his eyes would do and show them. He was fascinated to say the least. Highly impressed with this office and would refer them to others. "Only complaint" is that the doors did not open until 9am. Our appt was at 9am. We arrived twenty minutes early and had to find something to do to keep us preoccupied until they unlocked the door. We walked down to the Dollar Store then returned.
