Unfortunately, I’m going to be selecting a new eye doctor. I’ve returned four times to correct the same pair of glasses and they are still not correct, even after a new exam that updated the prescription. I am getting the run around and cannot get anyone to call me back to correct the problem. It’s frustrating because the staff is nice, but I’ve already paid several hundred dollars for a pair of glasses that are unusable for me.

Dr. Douglas is my angel on Earth! I am an airline pilot and he saved my eye sight in 2021 with a very complicated eye decompression surgery in both eyes due to TED. His hands and knowledge are absolutely a gift for humanity and I never met a Doctor like him before. The way he explains things is simply outstanding. I will always be grateful to him.

I've been going there for years. The doctors are excellent. They have always given me a sample of my contacts to make sure it's the correct fit, in case we need to adjust the prescription. The staff has always helped me to pick glasses that go with my face, they are fantastic at this. Making appointments is easy and they run on time. I highly recommend them.

They don't bill the insurance correctly and then argue with you when you tell them something is incorrect. I worked with my insurance to fix the issue and yet their office keeps sending me bills for the incorrect amount.

Dr Kandavel is a thorough professional. He’s also personable, kind, has considerable patience, is a good listener and a very compassionate person. He’s a doctor at the highest level. A true stellar example of what a great doctor can,and should be!!!

Been going here for years. We once left to find a place a little closer and were very unhappy. We came back to Dr Gilbert. We get excellent care and I don’t feel like they’re trying to nickel and dime us.

It was super easy to setup and every step was seamless from there on out. The procedure itself was quick and painless with directions throughout which was nice as it left me fairly at ease. After the surgery, I woke up the next day and had 20/20 vision with very few symptoms or negative sensations. Got Lasik 5 days ago and my life has already greatly improved.

My uncle had a left eye surgery on Friday with Dr. Mason. Everything went smoothly and I am happy for their great service. Everyone is helpful, they take care of the patients really well. Only thing that I didn’t like is that when my uncle forget the medication list at home the old nurse was taking forever to figure it out and she was getting pissed at him. But in general they are all a nice people and will treat you with respect including the doctor.

This place was wonderful. The people were very friendly, and efficient. My husband and I both had appointments and the staff made sure we both felt important and were taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. Diana gave us both easy to follow instructions; we both got contacts and the doctor gave us great crash courses in putting our contacts in. Also, they showed me the pictures of my eyes. It was neat to see and also kind of gross. 😁 We drove from Crescent City, Ca. to go to this eye doctor, it was over 5 hours to get to our appointment. My husband and I both said it was well worth the drive and we will go back for all our eye care needs.

Our family has been going to this practice for years. The sweet girl in the front is so wonderful! Both doctors are always kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else. Always a great experience and so affordable. I had an eye issue today that really concerned me and my mind was put completely at ease after they did a couple of tests. We love going to the eye doctor!
