Warby Parker Town Center Crossing was a positive experience! Great selection and their process was easy and went smooth and fast! There is no sales pressure. Staff is very helpful! They take insurance and instantly tell you price after coverage so there are no surprises later! Glad I got what I needed and like at Warby Parker and I look forward for my new glasses to arrive!

Dr. Tran was very professional and nice. The receptionist must to hate her job or needs a raise. She was very unprofessional, hostile and rude with not only myself but with other patients. I will raise up my review until that girl improves her customer service.

New to California and was searching for a new eye doctor that was local and gave Eye Gallery a try. What a wonderful experience this was. I was welcomed by and excellent and very friendly staff. I was treated by Dr. Swikard who did an excellent job of working with me on my individual eye glass needs. By far the best eye glass experience i have had to date

Eye 2 Eye was recommended by a Medicaid provider for an annual diabetes eye exam. I was impressed by the staff's experience and knowledge. The optometrist I saw had additional training in eye pathology beyond her Optometrist license. As it turns out, this is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't suspect anything abnormal, but needed to do an annual exam. They are able to refer to a specialist, if necessary. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to monitor their eye health!

As of today I will no longer be a customer. They refused to help me get my PD because I wasn't getting my eyeglasses from them. Well maybe if you all had a better selection I would have. They don't care about there customers only the money. …

Dr. Borland is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. She is always efficient and effective, while showing concern for her patients. She caught a misdiagnosis from the ER that fixed the extreme pain I was having. The staff at this location is also friendly. Also shoutout to Tessa for being awesome as well.

I have had very positive experiences with Dr. Shomer and Dr. Gunzenhauser. Everything about this office is professional, efficient and friendly. I have felt very confident since my first visit, and I know I’m in the right place. I came in this office with a bad eye infection. I was so pleased that I could be seen right away. This appointment led to a full eye exam for both eyes. Then he dealt with the eye that I came in for (right eye) Yep! Serious Infection. Next he examined the left eye and told me I had some eye pressure, I was a bit startled. But, he saved that for the eye infection first. A few weeks later he worked with the eye pressure. Everything turned out well in the end. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Dr. Shomer. I want to say if I hadn’t had that Eye Infection and found you, I would never had known about the eye pressure! I now visit this office two/three times a year. You are so appreciated, both of these doctors! I’ll see you again after the holidays - 2026
