Renee greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and offered to help me. She was kind, patient, and explained every option to me to make sure I got the best deal for what I wanted. She remembered me from my last visit and is always ready to help with whatever I need. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

I had a great experience at Costco Optical here in Lincoln. I truly felt cared for. Dr. Heidi did a great job at taking my case and looking into the root cause behind my pain. Within 3 weeks I felt like a new person due to Dr. Heidi's care!!

We have been beyond pleased with Dr Carpenter and his office and staff. Personable, professional and spends the time listening to his patients. You never feel rushed or not heard. Dr Carpenter diagnosed what others missed. Highly recommended!

This office is very nice and clean! My appointment didn’t feel rushed - I really felt like Dr Drey took the time to check my eyes and go over everything with me. Also, Lisa the office manager was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend coming here for any eye related needs!

I stopped it to have my glasses fixed as the clear cord had broken and the lense would not stay in place. it was fixed in just a few minutes and they refused payment. Wonderful people, great location.

Great experience all the staff are nice especially Receptionist SALLY is great. She handles things very polite and kind. I met with doctor Westafer for my eye issue. He is knowledged and experienced eye doctor. He clearly explained about the problem and treatments.

Jessica is awesome as always to greet as you come in and make you feel welcome and remembered. The next part of ordering contacts was great as well very educated and warm to converse with. Checkout was just as easy and pleasurable. The changes to the place look great! I've been seeing Dr. McIntyre since he opened up there. I would not be anywhere else.
