I met Dr. Khan about 4 years ago when I took my Sister in for laser surgery. He was very professional and caring. My Sister was very please with the out come of her surgery. After seeing what an awesome Doctor he was of course I followed her lead.

I refuse to schedule because I can’t even get past the receptionist. I have worked reception and customer service for years and the way that I was spoken to today and the way that I was treated today over the phone was ABSOLUTELY uncalled for. The receptionist was extremely combative, making little remarks and quips back at me every time I said something. I have NEVER ended a call so ANGRY before! Like EVER!

Best eye clinic around the Michiana area. Dr Purtzer is always a pleasure to see. I love fitting all of my children in for appointments. If you need a walk in Focused Eye Care will get you right in for any emergencies.

Excellent eye specialists. Our experience has been a positive one. Physicians are educators they explain everything to the patients. We have been included in every plan for treatment. Grateful for their dedication and knowledge.

Great eye care. Everyone does their jobs well. Friendly, respectful and efficient. Dr Ansley made diagnoses on my husband and the Retina specialist he now sees as well was impressed. We feel we are up in good hands. So thankful

Everything Is wonderful, starting from the front desk to the doctor, very clean office, professional and friendly staff. Dr Sponberg is an amazing eye doctor, my 9 years old was very happy to be there. I recommend to everyone.

I had a scare of a possible torn retina, while out of town. I knew to call Retina Associates and even though a new patient, they told me to go right in whenever I arrived back. I was taken in quickly, had several tests and then consult with Dr. Wong, who was very thorough, explained everything, gave me a copy of my report and sent one to my GP as well. Definitely recommend this facility

wanted to love this place, but I don't think I will be back ever again. The initial meeting was great, and I thought the doctor was nice, but it felt like I was constantly being ignored when I asked for my contact prescription. Mind you, I paid for it in full right after the evaluation.
I went to this office on December 23rd, 2025, for a contact and glasses annual check-up. This was my first time coming to this office because my old place doesn't take my insurance anymore. I ordered a pair of glasses with them, and after a month of waiting, no communication, they finally called me to tell me the glasses were lost during delivery. Okay, that's fine i guess since its not like i need my glasses to see everyday. I went in to order another pair, and while I was there, I asked again if I could obtain a copy of my contact prescription. Mind you, I have been asking since the middle of January, and the same response was given to me: send a message to the number with your email. Okay, I did that 4 times, and every time I called, I was told the same thing. And I did the same thing every time. I was even there in person to ask the same thing to which the doctor said: text the number and we will email it to you, even though i feel like she could’ve given it to me right then and there but since it was already 5pm i think she wanted me out of there!
Fast forward to Feb 12, I called right when they opened and told them I have been texting and need my prescription, and they said they will email. GREAT! They emailed it FINALLY, and I can't even view the message because of confidentality which I understand, but I asked her to send it again, in which she did, and I still couldn’t open it. I wasn't going to leave a review, and I was going to just keep calling until I got it, but as a patient (NEW PATIENT MIND YOU) i shouldn't have to beg for my prescription. I understand that she gave me a new contact brand to try vs my old one because she didn't have mine on hand, but I even asked her beforehand if I was going to have trouble obtaining my previous brand of contacts if I didn't like the ones she gave me, and she told me I would just have to call and they would provide it. Anyway, I just felt really disrespected as a patient, and it's upsetting because, like I said i really wanted to continue going here.
By the way, if you're going to tell a person you're going to send it to their email, and they call you back, telling you they can't open it, be kind and patient and don't sound annoyed when they're asking you for THEIR INFORMATION! its my prescription and I have the right to access it.
I ended up picking up my prescription and glasses, but the doctor didn’t acknowledge me or apologize at allllll, the front desk lady was apologetic, which was nice but i would’ve liked it if the doctor said something to me.
and yes i did get my contact prescription, but that was after i had to beg your office. And yes fitting had to be verified, but i did ask about it in person and all you said was to email. I did everything right and i dont want you to make me feel like i did anything wrong

My husband recently had cataract surgery and had great results. Dr Katherine Dalzotto was a great surgeon. The staff was very caring and professional, his nurse Kristi was a very sweet nurse and provided exceptional care. We highly recommend this facility.
