I really liked this place at first. My eye appointment was very quick lasting maybe 30 minutes tops. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my glasses the experience was not a smooth. I waited 30 minutes to get my glasses when the store was not even busy. Another customer came in while I was waiting and was served before me. I'm not sure why it took this long but these are the interactions that cause customers to shop elsewhere. I will most likely not be going back to Rocky mountain vision. I may get my eye exam there but I will not be purchasing glasses from there. It's a shame too because the woman who helped me pick my glasses and the one who got them for me is a very nice person.

Wonderful service, very friendly environment. I've only ever worked with Dr. Abby, but she's fantastic. The people who do the frames and lenses are super sweet. I feel so bad that I can't remember her name, but the young lady with the nose ring is super friendly and helpful. I usually dread going to the optometrist due to an intense eye phobia, but I really like this clinic and will be a customer for as long as they're around.

Love the staff here! I've been to a few different offices in town, but this one stands apart. I have some more advanced problems with my eyes, and the staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. I would like to especially mention Dr. Brown, who took time from his own busy schedule to follow up with me personally when I had questions about my case and treatment. He always took the utmost interest in my case, and after having many lazy or dismissive doctors, I can't recommend him enough for that. The optician was also very helpful, and made picking my glasses and dealing with insurance a breeze.

My very best eye exam EVER! The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Kelly and Haley were knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. After Dr Kelly’s exam, I left feeling hopeful and grateful that I had solutions for my vision concerns. And today I received excellent advice and service from Kristy for new glasses/sunglasses. She was helpful and honest in helping me select “just the right” frames!! The entire staff and team of doctors are quite remarkable. My 97 year old father receives excellent care and compassionate service from everyone EVERY VISIT!

I had interactions with 3 employees, Tasha who set me up in my room and initial assessment, then Dr. kelly for the eye exam, and Isabel to help me pick out frames. Incredible experience, super knowledgeable Staff and incredibly friendly and patient. Out of 15 years of going to eye doctors this is hands down the best experience I've had. On top of it all, their prices are phenomenal and many discounts offered. I'll definitely be using them for as long as I'm in Colorado. A++++!

Best eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Kelly German was exceptional - knowledgeable, education-oriented and has a great sense of humor. She figured out a discrepancy in two eyeglass prescriptions that I had from another practice in town and found a great solution. I'm grateful!

I appreciated that Dr. Wiarda took the time to describe my eye exam results, answer my questions, and explain what he would be monitoring in the future. I felt like he listened and was interested in what I said. The office staff were also helpful in verifying my insurance coverage. My wife was impressed during her visit and encouraged me to try them. I'm glad that she did!

My husband found Dr. Noah and recommended him to me. I then recommended Dr. Noah to my sister. He is great at his job and is so thorough. This is one of the few doctors’ appointments I enjoy going to.

Honestly a great place to go for an eye checkup. Dr. Wiarda is very professional and knowledgeable about his field and everything associated with it. I would highly recommend this place because not only was the doctor awesome, the office staff was very polite and took the time to joke around and make me smile. I will be back for sure and will always come back to this office. Thank you…sincerely!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! Diana helped me measure my pupillary distance, and she was so polite and enthusiastic, it made my day because she made extra time to do it and use a special machine. I had forgotten to get it on my first visit, and she helped me quickly and for free. Their glasses selection is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! Also, I didn’t have to wait very long for my initial appointment and the staff was great at explaining things. Angel explained the choices for the retina photograph and they have a new machine that does the job without having to dilate your pupils! Much more comfortable :)

Today was my first visit as a new patient after seeing the same eye doctor my whole life, and they were a breath of fresh air! They were very organized and friendly, and I appreciated that they clearly make an effort to keep the environment and tests as stress free as possible for you and your eyes. My doctor was very helpful and made me feel like my eyes would be well taken care of. The process of buying new glasses felt very smooth and low stress compared to experiences I’ve had before. Great selection of frames, and my optician was kind and patient and helped me find exactly what I wanted, and did a good job explaining costs and insurance coverage for everything. She was also training a new optician and we were doing two sets of glasses including lenses so there was a lot to juggle, but the process was pretty much seamless! It’s the first time I’ve felt completely at ease picking out glasses and even found it fun. As someone who has some eye issues and wears glasses 24/7 eye care and getting new glasses can feel really stressful for me, and I’m relieved I found a place that makes it a nice experience!
