My dog ate my glasses and I needed a pair soon. The staff at Lens Craft could have been more helpful. They went above and beyond. From the moment I enter the store. Your staff at Providence Place Mall were incredible. They are my heroes today!

Great experience! I had a tremendous result. I am so happy! I had cataract surgery in both eyes and can now see 2020 without glasses and without any glaring or halo! My whole experience including the surgeries was great I highly recommend this office .

My son has Downs and he and I have been going to Eyecare Services for about 13 years. We love it! They are attentive, caring and professional. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!!

The lady was rude, threw my contact case on the table. The people on the glasses side were great but the eye doctor nurse was unprofessional and the Dr was over a zoom meeting. It was very uninviting and uncomfortable

The people & service are excellent. They give you their undivided attention which makes the whole experience very relaxed & enjoyable.

Dr. Spencer is very good, he knows what he is doing but he really needs to work on his attitude with parents. He is great with the kids, but he could be nicer to parents. I work two jobs and was very tired when I took my son and almost fell asleep after working 17 hrs. When he was done with my son, he was short with me and when I said thank you I accidently said Mr. Instead of Dr. And while I was quick to correct myself, he snapped at me and said "it's Doctor." While he is a good doctor and thorough, I switched eye doctors because of this.

If there were an option to rate this establishment with zero stars, that would undoubtedly be my preference. Allow me to recount an experience I had on 12/6/23. I must emphasize that if you are a veteran dealing with anxiety, PTSD, or any other similar conditions, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment, as it has the potential to trigger distress. I was referred to this clinic by the VA for an examination. However, I must express my disappointment with the technician I encountered during my visit. Their demeanor was discourteous and uncooperative, and they showed no willingness to address any of my inquiries. This was particularly disheartening as it was my first time seeking medical assistance at this clinic. As a patient entering an unfamiliar environment, one naturally expects the staff to be attentive to their concerns, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the purpose of the visit. However, when I attempted to convey my apprehensions to the technician, he dismissed them, insisting that I read the ingredients on a cleaning wipe. This trivialization of my concerns was disheartening. Furthermore, after waiting for approximately 30 minutes, presuming I was waiting to see the doctor, another patient was called in ahead of me without any explanation. During one of the examinations, the technician also failed to inform me of the potential discomfort or surprise that I would experience, treating it as a source of amusement. I found this behavior far from amusing and, in fact, deeply disrespectful. Given my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this facility to any veterans or individuals seeking medical care. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled, to the extent that I felt compelled to leave, something I would never normally consider. I have no intention of ever returning to this place or even considering it as an option in the future. It is also worth mentioning that the confirmation of the appointment was conducted in an unprofessional and rude manner.

Bad place to get your glasses. Very bad customers services. The lady working there have attitude problems, talk rude and very mean. Will never go back again.

My experience at Eyeglass World today was great, as always. Today Sonja was my optician and her customer service was superb: most personable and professional. She made me feel like a friend rather than merely a customer, and made sure I got exactly the glasses I need. Thanks, Sonja!

Dr Gill gives a very thorough eye exam. Her staff is very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable in their parts of the exam.

I have been coming here for 18+ years the staff is always helpful and friendly...John and Nahema has always been so good to me and my family I always recommend them if anyone is looking for a place to buy nice and affordable glasses with excellent customer service
