I would've given a 5 stars rating. However their online appt was giving me errors and had to fill out my forms in the office. I would love to have the convenience of setting up my appointments online. Otherwise the office personnel are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Nguyen is attentive and answered all my questions. She seemed a little rushed which further dropped the 5 star rating.

Great experience. Went and got my eyes checked on Saturday and ordered pair very helpful in deciding a pair. Corie was a great help!

I was attracted to this place because they had an online appointment system. I made an appointment for Friday evening. When I was heading up there I received a text which said my appointment was canceled. I called the number provided and the receptionist answered and said my appointment was for 20 minutes before I booked it. I told her I thought it was a mistake and she responded I had 5 minutes to check in after my appointment or my appointment was canceled. I told her I was still 10 min out and she told me I had to rebook my appointment. I explained I had a text that my appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes later than it was currently, and I should arrive in plenty of time. She told me that she would look again for my name. She found my name and told me to come in. I arrived 8 minutes early. The receptionist handed my an iPad to fill in and asked me to sit in the back. 55 minutes later, I had not been spoken to once. There were two people in white lab coats gossiping with each other and 5 people in the waiting room. I went to the receptionist and asked why they had a 5 minute late policy when we had to wait at least 55 minutes. She was unable to speak and her mouth would not close. I asked her to please cancel my appointment because my time was as valuable as theirs, especially because I was paying them. If you would like to get the run around, waste 40 minutes in drive time, sit an hour in an uncomfortable waiting room, listen to boring gossip, and watch a receptionist imitate a guppy, then this place is your Friday night entertainment!

Great visit. Melodie takes the time to do thorough exams, explains why and what she is doing. The Doctors office does it all from exam to glasses. But they are happy to write a prescription if you want to us an online service no pressure. I highly recommend.

Terrible experience – avoid Brought my 2.5-year-old for a 4:30 PM appointment and wasn’t seen until 5:30 — no apology or explanation. After nearly two hours, the doctor did little besides push for surgery (against prior advice) and refer us to an out-of-network specialist. No patience with my toddler, no alternative solutions, and no respect for our time. Won’t be returning.

Dr Saran performed emergency lasar surgery on my eye. I was probably not the ideal patient (very sensitive) but he maintained a calm and positive demeanor. Eye is fixed and very happy with the results and dr Saran.

Prices have skyrocketed at this store. They no longer put price on glasses on display. All in an effort to push the sale and corner you into buying more expensive glasses. Not the store that it used to be. Not an affordable place to go. Doctor there is good. But don't buy glasses here. They are way overpriced. All they want is your money and do not care about the customers.

Doctor Camera gave me an excellent service. He went out of his way because it was going to be dark soon and he knows that I can’t drive when it’s dark. So he make sure that I left early enough to make it home safe. Thank you for everything Doctor Camera! You really care about your patients!!! I’m very happy you’re my Doctor!!!

I went in for my eyes Dr appointment today. The minute I walked in I felt very welcomed. there were three receptionist at the front desk who were all very kind and the nurse receptionist came from the back who took my paperwork she was awesome. Then I met the doctor which was Dr. Kim, who is very polite, very caring and she went through everything with me about my eyes, this is the first time I’ve ever gone to a I Doctor Who everyone there was so kind and so welcoming I would recommend this office to anybody. There was more stores that I was able to give them. I would thank you Dr. Kim and your staff for being such a loving and caring people may God bless you all .
