Buyer beware! I paid in full for new eyeglass on 03/02/2022. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the glasses to come in. It's now mid April and still don't have my glasses. The opticals dept does not answer the phone nor return messages. I am requesting a refund and never doing business with them again.

Dr. Lee is such a great eye doctor. He listens, takes the time to hear your concerns, and just makes the entire visit low-stress, informative, and enjoyable. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bonakdar since he took over my childhood eye doctor’s practice about 25 years ago. I continue to see Dr. Bonakdar because he is knowledgeable in complex eye conditions, and he takes the time to explain my conditions, describe the purpose of various diagnostic tests he’s running, and explain the different treatment options available. I interact with many optometrists in my line of work, and they often want to take a look at my eyes after I explain I was born with cataracts. Invariably they all say something like, “ Who fit your RGP lenses? They did an amazing job!” Dr. Bonakdar’s practice manager, Alejandra, makes the patient experience as smooth as possible, and she puts patients at ease. Se habla español fluido. If you have a complex eye condition, go see Dr. Bonakdar and Alejandra. They will take care of you.

The new doctor, Dr. Davis, introduced himself and welcomed me warmly. He examined my eyes and explained my symptoms in a very clear manner. He encouraged questions and answered them fully. He changed my prescription and sais he hopes it will clear my problem.

In my 13+ years of getting glasses, I've never had an experience quite like this. Everything was fine until the day I came to pick up my glasses. I always look forward to getting new glasses and the clarity it brings. When I put these on, my vision was warped, and I could not see anything. My old glasses were better. I was rushed out and told, "My eyes just need to get used to it." I was told to try wearing them for 2 weeks. I have NEVER been told to wear glasses that strain my eyes, give me headaches after 2 minutes of wearing it, and can't even see out of. They said they can set up another appointment, but after the condensending tones, being rushed, and the prescriptions being so far off to begin with, it would be a waste of time and it makes me uncomfortable

I got two pair of glasses from Luxeye and I am very pleased with my expierence. The store is clean and modern, they have an extensive selection of frames, and the sales people are very knowledgable and helpful. They completed the lenses in under a week, adjusted them professionally to my face and even adjusted an older pair for me. I will be coming back in the future, thank you Luxeye.

While vacationing with my family at Topsail Beach, I had the misfortune of breaking the right "temple" of my wire rim glasses. I had no backup pair and was scheduled to drive home to Pittsburgh, PA the next morning( Saturday). Realizing that it was probably impossible to get them repaired, I tried 4 local eyeglass locations without success. My final stop was to Catino Eye Care. They were fantastic! They took the time to find a spare part that would work to replace the broken "temple". This would allow me to drive home safely. They refused any payment , simply wishing me and my family a safe trip home. The professionalism and kindness of the Catino personnel was amazing ! Many thanks !

I had bilateral ptosis correction at the Ocala Eye surgical center. So far I've had an excellent recovery. I'm 3 days post op and no bruising! Staff and surgeon were excellent and caring at the surgery center. Someone from surgery center called me on day 2 to see how I was doing. This is a rarity.
