The staff is very friendly and Dr. Carr is great and very patient. You feel like everyone really cares about your experience with them.

This is a great place to have your children eyes check. They helped me with my children eyes on spotting something that the other places did not tell me about or lack of informing me, but here they were able to check their eyes in better ways. This location is a great place . I highly recommend it. They'll always text you to remind you or if by any chance you have forgotten and have to change the time.

Their staff are friendly and courteous. They noticed something wasnt right with my insurance and instead of just going ahead and charging me they took the time to call them to make sure I got the fullest coverage. They saved me almost 200 in just making that call and making sure before going thru with everything. I highly recommend them no matter the age range

Love the folks here! I received a thorough exam and Dr Stella explains everything answering all questions. The staff is also very helpful when picking out glasses and billing. I highly recommend for all of your eye care.

Dr. Collins was excellent! She was kind, knowledgeable and very patient. She didn’t rush and made sure I felt well taken care of. This was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely keep my business here.

Dr.Ragusa is an amazing Ophthalmologist. He is a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He’s goes above and beyond to make his patients feel better. You can tell that he is one of a handful of doctors who truly loves their profession. I would say he is the best ophthalmologist. His staff is amazing too.

They are always so friendly, nice, and professional! Good selection of frames, in a range of prices, too.

Fragility ….. aggression…. Discrimination. Ultimately the manager intervened in an interaction which I can only attribute to an employees personality disorder. I simply wanted to price a pair of glasses. She was unable to problem solve, became frustrated, yelled and stormed to the back of the store for 10 minutes with a store full of customers. Sad representation of a store that serves a community with health appliances

I had cataract surgery and couldn't shake the feeling of being on an assembly line- very rote and scripted. Minimal explanation as to why something's being done, kind of like you're expected to just go along with the program. My feeling is you're just a number and not an actual human being. Asking for an explanation results in being told essentially "that's just the way it is".

Always super pleasant, takes extra time to explain exam results and her recommendations. Listens carefully to any patient concerns and offers advice. …
