The most unprofessional eye Dr I’ve ever been to in my life. I wasn’t even comfortable to let him put the drops in my eyes. All the eye Dr. talked about was drinking and how he loves Long Island iced tea and having a drink for lunch. He just made me feel very uncomfortable I’ll never go back.

I’ve been a patient for 16 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over the decades that I’ve worn contact lenses, DI Eyecare is absolutely cutting edge in terms of products offered as well as prescriptions. The office is well run and all of the practitioners are excellent.

Marissa was excellent. She took good care of the electronics and helping me to see better! She was super nice and has a good personality to talk about and talk to things to get a convo going and find things that are relatable! Great place 10/10

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on May 20, 2016. Store manager Yvonne Anderson told me the glasses would be ready in two weeks. The sunglasses finally arrived on July 5, 2016. I had to wait more than 6 weeks for the sunglasses to arrive. I was given 3 different excuses why the sunglasses were late. Turns out, only one of the excuses was true. Store manager Anderson refused to take ownership of the problem. Her consistent attitude was - ..."my job is to order the glasses. The lab is located in New Jersey - nothing I can do about it". This store needs a new manager who understands the meaning of customer service. Stay away from JC Penney Optical at Lakeside Mall or any other U S Vision owned retail optical store. I will take my future optical business elsewhere.

All staff was polite and courteous. Doctor was kind, patient, and informative. He was able to explain various information in an easily digestible manner for me. Super thorough and helpful.

Well Maintained Facility! Dr. Dholakia was pretty thorough and friendly. The frontdesk staff were preoccupied and cared less. Wait time was little longer than anticipated. Client Service could be better and price could be economical a little more.

If you want to get scolded and belittled this is the place to go. I was just trying to get an eye exam with contacts and glasses and my insurance just covered the glasses exam, he proceeded to tell me that I get a break with my insurance paying for the exam and that my insurance doesn't even pay the full price he usually asks for. I kept on explaining to him money is not the issue and kept on belittling me and was so rude and unprofessional. He told me he would need my old prescription for my contacts in order to get a new one and nothing was said over the phone. Do not waste your time here. I recommend going to Larry Davis, inexpensive, respectful, and kind.

I have been seeing the doctors here for over 3 years. They have done miracles for me with torn retina and cataracts. Everyone I come in contact with are friendly, helpful, professional and very patient with me. And I need a lot of patience believe me! Great place from entering to leaving!
