Dr. Jarrett gave me the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. She discovered what my eye issue was after two other doctors completely missed it. It is also one of the few businesses that I have been to in months who did NOT ask for a review. Dr. Jarrett is exceptional and I will refer all of my crew to her!!

Dr. Jarrett is thorough, kind, and detailed in her exams, and also runs on schedule- I've never been delayed or had to wait extra time before my appointment. Her office staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend coming here for your eye care needs!

Dr. Jarrett is very personable and caring. She is very thorough in her examinations and keeps the patient abreast of what she is going to do before she performs the specific examination. Working with Dr. Cutarelli was absolutely fantastic! I went in the next morning for my post op appointment & already had 20/20 vision. The process was extremely easy, they offered convenient appointment times, and the procedure itself only took minutes. I would highly recommend this office to anyone struggling with their eye sight.

I came in with a condition that greatly impaired my vision and that no other doctor in the area would take the time to diagnose or treat. Within a week Cutarelli Vision found and treated the issue at cause and ended up walking out with perfect vision. All staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend enough!

I would recommend LASIK surgery to anyone who is given the opportunity for it. This is the office I would recommend you going to as well. From the start of the whole process including the initial consultation, talking with Irina in financial (who is just the sweetest by the way), she really seems like she cares about helping people and figuring out your own way to go about the financial aspect of it all, up till my actual surgery which was this previous Friday Oct 13, 2023. I have not been able to see for 15 years and have worn glasses my whole life, always breaking them, having them fall off of my face at work or during normal activities, causing headaches by my ears. Dr. Cutarelli changed that for me by giving me back complete 20/20 vision. It’s something so amazing I can’t even put it into words. They make sure you are very relaxed and comfortable with the whole process of surgery, the doctor comes into the room and explains to you in detail how the surgery works and is so nice about it. He answered any and every question I have and the process was completely painless and took about 15 minutes total between walking into the surgery room and walking out with clear vision. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am to the whole staff really but mainly Dr. Cutarelli for changing my life! Thank you guys so much! Please go here if you get the chance. I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. I have always received very good customer service and eyecare service until recent. I went to my appointment over a month ago ordered my contacts and it has taken over a month for me to get my contacts because at this particular location, the doctors only come twice a month, and all of the appointments are filled. I am not used to such poor customer service and poor service. I need you to correct this.

We chose this business in January because they take our vision insurance. However, the insurance seemed pointless because it was still the most expensive place we’ve ever been for eye care. They told us our contacts would there in 7-10 days. After a few weeks we called and they said our contacts were on back order and hopefully be there by next week. They never communicated with us and we always had to call each week to check the status of our prescription. Finally picked up our contacts almost 3 months later and they charged us an extra $16 even though we prepaid. My fiancé and I have worn glasses and contacts our whole lives and this was the worst experience with eye care.

Terrible customer service. I ordered glasses and contacts from them. They never notified me they were ready for pickup. I called multiple times over a two week period leaving messages asking for a status update. Not a single call was returned. Their message system gives you the "CEOs number" to call if your messages are not returned. That number has been disconnected. When I finally reached someone, I was told my products were ready for pickup. I drove down on a Friday at 11am, during normal business hours to find a piece of paper on the door saying "closed until Monday". This place is a joke.

I had Lasik a few months ago and it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I was dependent on wearing glasses every single day and always had trouble with contacts. After having Lasik, I can see everything and never have to worry about glasses or contacts!! The staff at Denver Lasik Vision Center were all very friendly and attentive. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I would recommend to any of my family or friends! So glad I had Lasik. :)

My experience with Denver Lasik Vision Center and Colorado Ophthalmology was incredibly positive. Any time you have elective surgery there are always concerns. The staff was very knowledgeable and reassuring. My procedure went wonderfully! I could see clearer almost right away. Now, a month later, it is still the best decision I have made! I have already recommended Denver Lasik Vision Center and Colorado Ophthalmology to friends considering having Lasik done!
