Dr. Ahmed is extremely qualified and very professional. She has a very strong bedside manner and makes one feel confident and at ease. I highly recommend this Dr. Which is something I am not free with doing.

Front desk went out of her way to get me an early appointment. So appreciate this. Dr. Was very nice. Informative.

Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Dr was ok. surgical results were not as good as I had hoped.Charged deductible even on post surgery visits

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Waiting area was clean and provided many places to sit and fill out paperwork. Dr Maizel was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions! Eye Glass Center which is located at this Center was very helpful. I would recommend this office

The doctor is remarkable! Can’t say enough praise on her competence and sincerity. The stall are simply going through the motions like robots I would have given score of 5 but couldn’t believe staffs lack of interest in the customers.

Friendly staff for the most part. Overall good experience however when I was making my appointment for the next year and I asked for a specific date the scheduler told me it was not available. She offered me several other days and times but I explained I needed that day. Only after I asked if that date was available at another one of their locations did she check. ( It was by the way)…. I just thought it would’ve been nice for her to ask if I was ok with going to another office as an option instead of me having to ask them about it. it also would have been nice if someone had informed me before my appointment that my eyes were going to be dilated. Luckily, my husband came with me, but I would not have wanted to drive with dilated eyes.

Dr Hunt is very personal and knowledgeable. Office is clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Came to this eye doctor once on this place in 2011, but in 2015, I'd moved back to Boston to go to another eye doctor in Malden. The appointment on this place resumed in 2018, a day before I return to Boston.
