Such a cute space! This is more of a boutique experience in the world of eye exams and I really enjoyed it! The staff here is wonderful, caring, and so fun! I would definitely recommend getting your exams here!

Great experience - got an eye exam and the optometrist took time to walk me through every question I had. Ended up getting some glasses; the specialists were very patient and thorough (stayed slightly after close to finish).

I have been a patient here for years. I have consistently had positive experiences. It’s a very comfortable, upbeat atmosphere, and every team member I’ve come in contact with is very friendly and knowledgeable. From the providers to the person who helps me find the right glasses, I always feel surrounded by people who really care about me as a patient, and are willing to take the time to understand my concerns and provide the highest quality of care. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

This company is very organized. Scheduling was easy online but I could tell by listening to the front desk person that it was easy to call and schedule as well. Paperwork for the eye exam was online and also easy. The eye exam was not rushed as I'd had in other places and really felt listened to about the issues I was having. I then realized the selection of frames and lenses were quite well laid out and a good mix of styles. The person helping me pick out frames was knowledgable and very helpful in trying to find a style and material that fit my life. I would very much recommend them for all parts of the experience.

Incredible service that started with the lady that answered the phone was super nice and friendly. The staff at the office made you feel comfortable and was acomodating. Everybody had a smile on their face and seemed to love what they were doing. The doctor as well was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Kudos to him because you could tell by the staff he made working there a positive experience. Thanks to all that made my experience positive. Oh and how good are they, I got rid of my white Cane and my seeing eye dog is officially retired and loving life and I now work for my dog.

I had a wonderful experience at True Eye Care and feel relieve to finally have found an eye doctor in Denver. The entire team was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

Customer service over the phone was not a good experience. But in person, it was much better... Overall, they are a good doctor and get your prescriptions correct. I enjoy going to them.... And getting my prescriptions ..been going to them for years Even before they change their name.. It's just front desk staff needs a little more patience. It should be a equal opportunity regardless over the phone or in person, need some work.. But overall, I'm ok

This is a very unprofessional place and my last contact wasn't kind. It's been months trying to set up an appointment. We make the appointment, and the last minute, they come up with an excuse They cannot find my paperwork that was sent by a government agency... But each time we make an appointment they tell me yes, they have the paperwork...!! Also "julie", I don't know is they told me the correct name, kept misgendering me intentionally. Each time I told her I'm not a man, I;m not a sir, she intentionally called me "sir".. She says her record shows I am a man. What record?? They haven't seen my ID, they haven't seen me, they have never asked me, then how come these idiots decide what my gender is and even though I repeated to stop calling me "sir" she kept calling me "sir". I have the audio of this conversation. My phone records automatically...

Dr.Emily smith is such a kind and knowledgeable doctor. This was my sons first appointment and she made sure he was having fun and engaged the whole time while still managing to complete the exam. I was also so happy to be educated on myopic preventative measures!

My elderly grandmother came here to pick up her new glasses and as she was trying them on the prescription was so strong that she couldn't see or even stand. They made her dizzy and upset her stomach. She could see better without her glasses on. Obviously they put the wrong prescription but they won't admit that. They refused to help her and only offered to charge more money for more services. She couldn't use the new glasses so they gave her 50% of what she paid. This company profited $320 off some glasses they made wrong and from a elderly couple on a fixed income. Worst customer service and very rude. The negative reviews tell the truth about this business. I highly recommend taking your business to a company that won't take advantage of our elders.
