I'm so incredibly happy with my visit. I had previously been to America's Best 2 years ago and my experience was awful. I immediately regretted changing. On top of that, my new optometrist discovered that my previous glasses had not been adjusted for my nearsightedness in my left eye. My new optometrist explained everything, reviewed my medical history, and I will never go anywhere else!

The doctors and staff at the Millbrook location could not be any nicer. The doctors take their time with you and have taken very good care of my eyes!

My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM and I was seen at 10:30. Other than the wait I thought the exam went smoothly and comfortably.

My mother, deceased, saw Dr. Grady for years. My son and I brought my mother to see Dr. Grady up until the time of her death and my son has seen Dr. Grady for his eye care, we have always respected and felt good about seeing him for eye care. This past year, your office set my son up for a future annual appt. against his verbally expressed wishes, ( he knows that his work schedule is not predictable and makes all his appts. near time of service), your office placed the appt. on his sign out paperwork which contained information about that day's appt, his payment for the day, and additionally a future appt date a year away, which he had already asked not be done. He failed to see that you had scheduled it anyway as he saw all the other information on the paperwork. I believe this is a slick way to make sure you get your business and receive payment one way or another since you then dog the client for payment for a missed appt and through demand letters and financial intimidation. Are your physicians all happy with this treatment of long time customers? I am looking at Carolina Eyecare Physicians' page of providers, we will not be seeing any of you, and there are several members of our family in Mt Pleasant. I am sorry these changes in your treatment of your clients has brought about an end to a long-term relationship.

👏 Went to my first Visit at Dr. Long's after being disappointed at my prior Dr's office. Top notch from top to bottom-cannot begin to say how impressed I was with their professionalism and service. Received options and services I had previously never seen or heard of. Dr. Long gave me more insight and understanding than any prior Dr. I often think of the eye doctor as others do of dentist and they made me not only comfortable but enjoyable. Ease to pick out new frames and I was so excited to show them off. Thought I would have to wait two weeks before I could wear my new frames but they were ready in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend to any and all!🤩

I work at a dental office up the street from Dr. Holcomb. I'm not a patient of Dr. Holcomb or the office but his staff saved me big time. I popped in new contacts this morning and 1 was a dud. I could barely see out of my left eye. I went by the office with my Rx and told them i work up the street and desperately needed a replacement contact lens. All the ladies at the front were helpful and extremely nice. Thank you guys for helping me today. You saved the rest of my work day.
