After an initially frustrating experience over the weekend I got a call from Andy saying they resolved an issue in purchasing my frames and sent it to the doctor! This is a huge sigh of relief and demonstrates a fantastic dedication to customer service and patience bedside manor.

Awful experience with customer service! They always say the order will be shipped in two weeks but I haven't heard anything after 6 weeks. Always the person who in charge is not available and never call me back for the update and never say sorry.

I have been seeing Dr. Jarrett for nearly 10 years. I look forward to my yearly appointment and I know she cares about my eyes and health. I was in yesterday for an emergency visit due to an issue I was having. She and her staff were able to squeeze me in for which I am grateful. Thank you Dr. Jarrett and team!

Dr. Jarrett is wonderful. She is so professional and thorough and she explains what each test is for so I always learn a lot while getting my eye exam. I would highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love Mayfair Vision Clinic! I have been coming to Mayfair Vision Clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Jarrett's level of detail in understanding what I need as a patient is one of the primary reasons I come back. A doctor that listens and remembers me and what's happened over the years. Her demeanor and calm voice is always refreshing and lowers my anxiety of seeing a doctor (I am not a doctor/hospital person). Dr. Jarrett is also is willing to see me in cases of emergencies as well. In the office Brenda has also done wonderful things for me. She is always willing to listen, help me with anything I need or need to understand. From insurance, glasses adjustment, billing and so many other things, Brenda has helped me immensely over the years and I am very grateful for both of them. These two are a perfect pair and I feel like family every time I walk in. Thank you both for everything that you've done for me over the years. Words cannot express the level of appreciation that I have for both of you and protecting my eyes (especially this last time with what ever is going on with my eye). I would highly recommend Mayfair Vision Clinic to anyone looking for a new Doctor! My entire family has gone to them for years and I will continue coming here for years to come! The optometrist, McKinzie Daniels was patient and took time to explain the different options available for my particular needs. I also appreciated the “no pressure” to sign up for any procedures, but the staff were very ready to answer any questions I had. The only thing that was concerning for me was the dilation of my eyes and telling me it was safe to drive home. I guess that is the standard protocol, but I didn’t feel safe driving afterwards. Aside from the sensitivity to light (appreciated the dark lens provided), my vision was VERY blurry the entire drive home on the freeway. Not sure if it’s because of my astigmatism, but I was very worried driving and felt unsafe.

My 83 year old mother was referred here almost a month ago for a procedure. We specifically made a trip to make sure her insurance was ok. They were told upfront she had Medicare and Kaiser. My mother was standing right next to me when I said what insurance she had.I was told multiple times (making sure I confirmed it) Medicare would be billed. She was supposed to have the procedure 6/28/23. Less than 24 hours before the procedure I get a call saying we don't take her insurance. They told me the procedure would be at least $800.00 maybe more out of pocket. I have that kind of money just laying around. It would have been really nice if I had been given accurate information upfront. My mother getting the procedure she needs has been delayed more. Make sure you actually check with your insurance.

I came to ICON due to an allergic reaction that came on suddenly. They have 2 locations in the Denver area and the administrator worked with the staff to get me a day of appointment. I saw Dr Greeley at the Denver location. He was very personable, professional and efficient. All the staff I interacted with were nice, helpful and thorough. High recommend this ophthalmology group!

Had a great experience here. Receptionist was extremely friendly. The person who did the initial tests was a lot of fun to chat with. The doctor was great, answered a ton of questions. Then the woman who helped me pick out glasses was super kind. Also, if you’ve read my reviews you know I love anywhere you can snap a selfie and they had awesome lighting and mirrors everywhere so I made sure to get a good one for the ‘gram

I've been a client of MyEyeDr. for nearly 10 years now and in the past year have seen a decline in customer service and product quality. It took nearly 5 weeks to receive my new glasses this year and I was never contacted that they were ready to pick up - I had to reach out to them to ask. When I picked them up, the optician helping me was rude and dismissive. My frames fit poorly because the fitting was rushed. I love Dr. Petrilla and her assistant, but am not sure I will go here to buy glasses again. Sad to see it in decline.

I’ve been visiting MyEyeDr for a little over six years and specifically Dr. Leuenberger for the past few. I can’t recommend him (and the rest of the MyEyeDr team) enough. Everyone at the office is super friendly and helpful. Dr. L's exams are comprehensive and he is intentional about understanding my specific vision issues and goals before getting started. I also tend to ask lots of questions throughout the exam and while some of my previous providers (not at MyEyeDr) have gotten a little frustrated and rushed me out of the exam room, Dr. L always takes the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. It’s obvious he knows his stuff and it’s honestly a pleasure visiting the office.
