I've been going to Dr. Bui for years who is very nice and gave me my needed eye care. The lady at front desk is very helpful also. I recommend this office to everyone and will continue to come here. My family also comes here.

The doctor was very friendly. I was going in for an annual preventative routine eye exam. No eye issues. Exam went smoothly. They told me it was going to cost me $45. I paid. After about a month, they sent me a bill claiming I got a specialty procedure done so I need to pay more money. They did no specialty procedure. Just a routine eye exam. They lied and I got scammed. I guess I should be used to routine scam procedures by now. They happen to me and my loved ones often. Yay, American healthcare. 🥴

Camelback Eyecare staff are true specialists. They do a significantly better and more personal job than LensCrafters or other chain stores for a fraction of the price. I would trust them with anything eye-related, and I count myself lucky to have my vision treated by them.

Scott could not have been nicer or more patient with my Mother-in-law. She is a tough lady but she liked Scott! He walked her through each option and there was no pressure to purchase. Clearly the mission is sincerely to help those affected with low vision. I would recommend this "try and buy" experience to anyone who has low vision.

Upon my arrival i was not greeted or at least told that someone would be right with me . I have a problem with that. The young lady that came from the back was nice but the initial person soon as walked in has no customer service skills

I've been going for year's very professional & friendly staff.Had eye Cataract surgery very content with the outcome.

The office was courteous, professional and very helpful. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Morrison was extremely knowledge and informative . He explained everything About my eye infection thoroughly and gave me options for treatment. In one day my eye is healing beautifully and I have no more pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Morrison and His office.

Dr. Bower did a wonderful job with my lasik surgery. He was very transparent throughout the process and is clearly skilled at his craft. Would definitely recommend, 11/10.

A friend of mine about 2 weeks ago attended to this office and complained for her eyes that have rashes and complained about her eyes have vision issues. This doctor without notification did couple of procedures without getting approval from her and since the procedures her eyes got worst. She has more and more severe condition from prior attended to this office. After returning back to this office he tried to convince her do another procedures to fix the issue but I suggest her not giving any permission to them to do anything to her eyes. As I tried to discuss the issue with him because my friend not speaking English well, they refused to talk to me even when my friend approved that. Worst eye clinic. Do not sign anything with this clinic before you make sure you understand the contents of what you sign. Never attend this clinic.

Update to my previous review. The store staff reached out to apologize for my initial experience. They worked hard to make things right and I was pleased with the outcome. I appreciated the time and care they took with helping both myself and my wife with our eyeglass selection. I recommend this store to anyone looking for either an exam and or eyeglasses. Nice job. Thank you!
