Absolutely incredible service! From the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between, everything was fantastic. I’m so happy I decided to come here. The front desk workers were fabulous and helped me to pick out my perfect pair of glasses. The process was transparent and Dr. Wren was so caring and kind. He listened to all my concerns, validated me and came up with two solutions that will work perfectly for me. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is nice in person, but so unprofessional and weird when trying to deal with them over email and phone.
I had a pair of daily contacts in that I was in for a few weeks waiting for my … More

After my accident I was without glasses for just a short period of time, thanks to CO eye gallery. They went out of their way to get me a replacement pair as quick as possible, even helped me out with some contact lenses to get me through the short wait. I really appreciate all that they did to shine a light on a pretty terrible situation.

This review isn't for the service, but for the situation at this particular location. The One Hour Optical in Davis Pavilion at Denver Health is like an afterthought. It's about the size of a converted utility closet - just a waiting area lined with some chairs, packed with people and kids on a late Tuesday morning, and a help desk dividing you from a back wall displaying a paltry array of frames. You cannot simply walk up to the frames and try a few on to see what you like. No, it appears that the overworked staff has to get a few pairs for you to look at up close. I walked a mile to get here in single digit wind chill, and the situation was so chaotic that I just turned around and headed back home. If you go to this location for glasses, just know what you're getting into.

I had a wonderful experience here. This location is in the Denver Health Complex and is extremely busy. I had to wait only a few minutes to get help. Jason the Manager helped me out. He was extremely nice and professional. He took the time to pick out glasses with me and made sure they were exactly what I wanted. He was so great I came back the following Monday to order myself a fancy new pair of Ray Bans.

Lately I've been spending a lot of time here I've got numerous appointments set up for the future and have so far had many I got a lot of nice things to say the staff there is for the most part very friendly the doctors are as well it's scheduling is a little difficult I know they're busy and they not much they can do about that other than that the hospital is very well put together he's got a lot of good equipment and so far has helped me I'm just hoping they can get all my vision back so I can keep doing these wonderful reviews for Google Maps but I got some pictures here attached just for you guys to take a look at you'll see the size of the campus from these pictures mostly it is very big and has several structures not to mention a wonderful View it does have a valet parking so you know and it also has a pharmacy that's down on the first floor it also has plenty plenty of handicap parking in the parking ramp next door to the building which is free it is tough finding a parking spot though if you're not handicapped for the most part but other than that it does have a I believe five story tall parking structure also eat fish with an elevator and if you are going to visit the dentist office there they do have and if you're on Medicare they do have free rides to and from the office that bills Medicare

I recently had some urgent eye concerns and was very pleased with the care I received at the Denver Health Eye Clinic. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive to my concerns, relayed my concerns to the medical staff, and coordinated an appointment on short notice. The team’s coordination of my care, from point of contact to checkout, was incredibly comfortable, accommodating, and professional.

My husband was in admitted in trauma unit in morning because referred by eye by there eye clinic to go there because the referral that sent to them would take week to get processed before he get appointment to see him. After finding he has infection in both eyes and has two ulcers in both eyes they gave us a choice to go home with medication or for him to stay in hospital til the next day. He wanted to go home. So they a sent a caseworker to help coordinate transportation. They gas bus pass to get there and could call us a cab to get home. When think that this ridiculous when he completely blind and I have tumor in foot that causes me not walk long distances. I even lost my cane trying to help him navigate. The nurse with blond hair and in her middle 30's from trauma came in and stared at me as she made me feel like wanted to pick a fight about it and proceeded to tell me in Stern voice that I needed make sure he gets medication for night he needed to be there next day because he could go blind if didn't get in by next day. I even stopped looking at her and I looked husband to tell her that I was one that help him because of how uncomfortable she made me feel I had tell her that I'm disabled trying to help my husband that is blind. She finally let off on me and left me alone. I don't why she did this but felt like she was stereo-typing me from my looks. I gave reason to think I would not be there for him.. The caseworker gave him bus pass is unreasonable when he is completely blind for first time and I have tumor in one foot that prevents me from walk distances shows that there not willing to transport you if your blind or crippled to walk without you having to walk to a bus to save your eye sight. His insurance is under Denver Health medicaid. I though for emergency case they provided mobile transportation. They can get us home in a cab but to get us there when doctor's telling us that he needs to be seen everyday in order to keep his eye sight is emergency to me. They want to see him everyday but want us catch the bus blind and crippled. He may lose his eye sight due to there staff having poor coordination skills with doctors on helping with transportation for blind people for emergency bases. Telluride takes two in advance and they cant see him everyday if don't help him get there if that's doctor wants him there. I would like to say they corrected the problem and helped with transportation and worked with the doctors recommendations. I give them 5 stars.

Dr. Jacobs has done a wonderful job taking care of my eyes. I’ve had cataract surgery in each eye and now have excellent vision in both eyes. I no longer need glasses. Dr. Jacobs is clearly an expert in his field. I have felt completely confident in all the tests and procedures he has performed on my eyes for a number of years now.

Each of the staff I encountered were extremely nice. The doctor is pleasant, explains what he sees fully and answers all questions. He did my car at surgery and that went very well. I had Googled him and his ratings were very high. I agree!
