Supposed world class care using state of the art 1990 fax service. Absolutely pathetic

All the staff...and doctor amazing! Kind...compassionate go out of their way for each individual! Work with you on any type of frames according to your financial or health insurance plan. Thorough in their examinations! I have been a patient for over 30 yrs before they became International Vision Center and nothing has changed same care and treatment. I will continue to go to them! Amazing! Thank you!

Small space shared with a dental office. Boutique feel to the frames displays, but range from basic to designer. Every staff member was genuinely kind and friendly. Any additional costs were discussed ahead of time and explained clearly. And the process of building my glasses order was quick and easy, even though I changed my pick of features based on budget half way through. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment to take my time to pick out frames. So right after the exam, I went straight to narrowing down my choices with the sales rep and building my order.

If you are looking for optical expertise, personable service, and unique clothing, accessories and gifts (at affordable prices), then you HAVE to check out Eyeology. It is one of my go-to places to see more clearly, look great, and feel better. I highly recommend it.

I arrived at America's Best in Dunwoody 10 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment, only to be informed it was canceled. Despite receiving a morning confirmation text, they claimed to have tried reaching me without leaving a message. The front desk mentioned my appointment was booked at another location. After verifying with the Alpharetta branch, I opted to cancel as I wouldn't make it in time. Disappointed, I'll explore other companies with walk-in options on my next day off.

Glasses take to long to come back. My glasses are broken I was in need of a new pair of glasses like ASAP. I also wear contacts. And it's a wait for contacts as well. Majority of the eye doctor have contacts on hand for their customers to try. Now I'm left with the struggle of trying to see.

I had an excellent experience here with the Doctor and all the staff. They were very friendly, answered all my questions and even selected some great pairs of frames that fit my face. I would say, they do a better job of picking out frames to fit my face than I do myself.

Dr. Ho is nothing short of amazing . His mannerisms and explanation of what was happening with my situation was awesome. I would recommend him in a NY minute .

Excellent customer service from Nora and Carmen. They were the best!!

They saved me a lot of money for new contacts and glasses . I have an appointment in 2 weeks for a cataract exam. Because I may need surgery they advised me to Not get my scrips filled. The prescription may change post op. Love this place.
