Absolutely the worst experience ever i never have had a problem with other conpanies or their employees, the employees Karla, Karina, and Julie were terrible. They're rude, catty, unprofessional, the amount of microagressions toward everyone is extremely unsettling, stay away from this company, go somewhere else these three girls are terrible people, rude, disgusting behaviors I witness not just toward customers but also their own coworkers! How are these people employed! DO NOT GIVE HELM VISION YOU BUSINESS AVOID THESE EMPLOYEES AT ALL COST THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

Great customer service! The office was great for my kid’s eye exams and ordering glasses through the optical department was fast and easy.

Poor customer service and insanely expensive yearly contact fitting fee… and they didn’t even check the fit of my contacts. Employees treat you like a number instead of a person

Dr. Abraham is a wonderful and brilliant ophthalmologist. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He truly cares about his patients and has excellent bedside manner. His staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. His office is very clean and up to date with the newest testing and diagnostic equipment in his field. The office is also easy to find and has plenty of parking, which is important. Dr. Abraham is confident and also very good at explaining his diagnosis, treatment plan, and follow up. He does not rush you out the door and makes sure to answer all of your questions. He is very thorough with his examination. As a patient you feel that he truly is invested in helping you. I am very thankful for his care and could not recommend him more to anyone else considering becoming a patient.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Abraham and his staff. My cataract surgery was very smooth. Dr. Abraham explained everything, was happy to answer any questions, and put me totally at ease. A day later, and I am already seeing so much better and feel great!! I've never posted a review before, but want to now. For anyone nervous about cataract or other eye problems, PLEASE see Dr. Abraham. Thank you Dr. and your team!!

Dr. Abraham is fantastic! He is very detail oriented & precise. He has a great sense of humor as well. He will be doing my other eye next month. There is a good reason he was voted one of America's Best Cataract Surgeon's for 2022. I strongly recommend Abraham Eye Center to anyone looking for a top tier eye surgeon!

The variety of frames here is very good. I found a pair of Randy Jackson signature frames that looked better than any I ever had. The opticians are very helpful and efficient. All in all a pleasant experience.
