The were very efficient and made the experience a pleasure. I have gone to 20/20 Optometry for many years and would recommend them to anyone.

Worst pair of glasses I have ever purchased. I bought a pair of Ray Ban RB 3663 aviator glasses with crystal glass lenses from them at their price of over $200, I purchased their premier prescription lenses bringing the total cost over $800. It took 6 weeks to get my glasses, the Ray Ban lenses were not in the case, I asked for them and was told they threw them in the trash???? Right! The lenses they sold me fell out of the frames, the screw that holds the lenses in fell out? I got a snippy service gal telling me I had to pay more money to fix them under warranty, had them less than 5 months. Don’t waste your money at Helms! I am going on EBAY to try to buy my Ray Ban lenses back, it was the best part of the glasses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helm Vision Group Valencia is a five star + vision office. From the lovely, professional front desk staff to, of course the assistants, optometrists, and ophthalmologists, everything is top notch. I also visited the Plum Canyon office and was equally impressed. I’m reviewing separately for that wonderful office. I am scheduled with Dr. Helm for cataract surgery soon and know I will be in very safe hands (oh, and I enjoyed his sense of humor 😀).

Generally I have had a good experience here. I like my dr, some of the staff are pretty friendly. All in all, they appear to be pretty efficient. I will revisit, with more to add upon future visits.

Dr. Krista Roden is Amazing! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. She answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Roden emailed me my Retinal photos and a document I needed. The staff is super nice and helpful. The equipment is top-of-the-line. The office is beautifully designed.They have a nice assortment of glasses and if needed budget friendly too. I highly recommend Oak Optometry. My experience was Amazing! I would have rated 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Roden is very thorough and professional. She explains every part of the exam and never seems to be in a hurry nor does she try to force you to pay for unnecessary exams. I am glad i chose to give her practice a try. Great customer service and super friendly front office staf too!!

Amazing experience! Dr. Roden is incredibly knowledgeable, has cutting edge equipment including a machine to avoid the puff test and is just a super personable doctor. All the opticians were warm, welcoming, and helped me feel my best by fitting me in stylish glasses from a large selection I haven't seen elsewhere. Bonus points for finding a better brand of contacts that doesn't dry out my eyes. Highly recommend!

I would like to share that the most important part when you order your prescription glasses ...1 st Dr. She is great doctor ! Teresa was doing the best customer care but NOW in 2022 You have to be sure Eduard will assist you with your optcions and everything you need because he is professional and very honest 👏 ! He resolved my case and complaint in 48 hrs! Another new lady was very rude and sent the wrong prescription and told me WHATEVER

I purchased two pairs of glasses with "scratch resistant" coats... Within a month or so both are nearly unusable. Both times I've gone back to an 8 year old pair of glasses from Lens Crafters (and I hate big chains) shocked that LC had better quality work... I'm not sure if I should try to trust this practice again, I don't have time to argue about this I just need useable glasses! The professionals who work here seem to be very nice I just wish their product had been better so far

Excellent service. Super knowledgeable. Caring. Would recommend to anyone. Was here out of town from Virginia and had a potential retinal detachment on a Saturday with a cross country flight next day. Called several places and no one would handle our emergency except them. They fit us in & did a full exam Saturday morning within 30 minutes of our call. They verified it was not a retinal detachment. Dr Latto was excellent! Explained everything very clearly. Put our mind at ease so we could fly home next day.

I had a great experience. This was my first time having my eyes tested. Receptionist was very efficient and helpful in getting me checked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood the next steps. Dr. Mikailian was incredibly thorough in his examination and made my experience a comfortable and pleasant one. He spent extra time explaining my results and making sure that I understood everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Mikailian to anyone looking for an excellent eye exam. Thank you again for making my first eye exam a positive and informative experience.
