I went to this clinic as a new patient seeking a new eye doctor after moving out to Colorado. I checked in at 9:10 and had my paperwork finished by 9:25. My appointment was at 9:30. I continued to wait for another 45 minutes, watching every patient who had come after I arrived be seen before me. I finally went up to the desk at 10:15 and asked to reschedule. They were even in shock I had been waiting for so long. I will not be returning, highly unprofessional. the staff clearly has major communication issues, since this is a recurring theme among other reviews as well.

Great Customer Service! Super friendly staff. Marissa was very professional and courteous. Easy to get along with. Dr. Wink is super legit! Knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Totally Kool dude! Glad I found a local eye shop that's a pleasure to work with.

My honey had his 1st cataract removed May 26th. Dr. Mcgowin and her entire surgical team did an amazing job! A special thank you goes out to Tracy in the scheduling department in her office for many reasons! He now can read words on the television he could not read WITH his glasses. We can’t wait to get the cataract removed from the other eye. It is a painless surgery…which seems to be a oxymoron! Thanks again!!

12/7/2023 I got my Eye exam & ordered new frame & the service was excellent we have been dealing with this location for several years & they are very good. Recommend to everyone.

They were simply the kindest. I am writing this review a bit late, so about 2 weeks ago I had a friend who came over from overseas, and her glasses broke - it was missing a small screw. They were very efficient and kind, and we were very satisfied with the experience. I definitely recommended this place to my friends and neighbors, and if you are looking for a good optics place in pvd, this is it! :)

Dr. Gill is wonderful! She immediately put me at ease, is very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They have a wide range of frames to choose from. The optician was very knowledgeable in helping me pick out my new glasses. All the staff is friendly, and the clinic is well maintained and lovely. I've been going to Lakeland Eye clinic for several years and plan to continue using them.

I’ve been getting my eye exams and glasses here at Child and Family Eye Care for several years. They are friendly, professional and prompt. I get all of my questions answered and they will make as many adjustments as needed on new frames for a comfortable fit.

Very easy to schedule and the eye doctor explained things to me well. Very kind and efficient. Would return and recommend!

Good customer service, Great optometry

Hello, Please don't use this location. I went there past Friday and received horrible service from the doctor Maria. Staff is ok but the doctor is not. She didn't even discuss with my result of my exam. Only after i was already at the check out and asked her she told me the result. So if i didn't ask her she wouldn't give me any feedback. I did do an xray of my eye for an extra fee and she didn't say anything about that. I don't even think she really look at it. So she is basically there to right the script and no feedback of your eye health. I would not use them again.
