terrible, worst experience ever.. this guy is a crook, not to be trusted. He didn't even properly handle the eye exam. My kids are not using the glasses this guy made at all, very unhappy.

Dr. Tran is is the best. He’s always taken care of my family and I. Always polite and very helpful! He is very efficient and his staff is great as well. We appreciate him very much. I highly recommend!!!

Walked in first thing on a Monday, right after open at 10am without an appointment. Dr. Tran and his team were so amazing and wonderful. They got me into an exam room and were extremely caring, and thorough. Dr. Tran is fast paced, extremely smart, and articulate. I have a slight beef with the way big eyeglass conglomerate Luxottica treats their employees and Optometrists, and Dr. Tran explained to me in detail a Devil's Advocate argument for them, while also explaining his own view. In the end, he kept that preference in mind and subtly suggested a nice pair of Kate Spade frames for me. He even sent me home with a pair of trial contacts that he had in store and worked with my insurance to get the most out of what I could get for the best price. I have never been so happy with an eye exam in my life. Dr. Tran is the best doctor. He made me feel listened to, his passion and intelligence really come through when you're sitting across from him and I don't think I'll ever go to another eye doctor ever again. If you need a pair of glasses, sunglasses, contacts, or anything eye related, make an appointment with Dr. Tran! I cannot speak highly enough about him!

I’ve been coming to Santa Ana Optometry for about 8 years now and so has the rest of my family. Such great service is always provided here, any concerns or questions I have were answered. I leave each visit satisfied and happy with the great service provided here at Santa Ana Optometry.

They gave me my prescription wrong I been coming here for a while but now am older and don’t think I’ll keep coming the gave me the wrong prescription and I order glasses online and I can’t see with them good and my eyes and head hurt I compared it w my last prescription and instead of going up it went down and I feel like that’s the reason I can’t see good she put the wrong prescription!

I went at a time that I was the 2nd Client, usually they have you check in the front at the main clinic so it would be best to show up 15 min early (minimum), I was taken care of pretty quickly. It's a hit or miss when it comes to service, I usually get the same Optometrist, she is pleasant to interact with. And sometimes there are people that do not know how to filter their emotions and it projects on their behavior. Fortunately, on 21SEP23, that was a great experience for me. I hope that it continues to be that way.

I have been seeing Dr. Berk for many years now. He always has an easygoing manner and takes the time to explain everything very well. At the front, Linda was amazing. She took the time to help me pick out a pair of frames that looked great on me. Her input and suggestions were great and she wasn’t a pushy salesperson. She usually works at the San Clemente Office but I hope they bring her to the Santa Ana location permanently.

All my extended family travel here from the San Gabriel Valley because no where else has this amazing selection of glasses. Large showroom, large exam rooms, superb doctors (Bill Berke is my favorite), knowledgeable front desk staff, affordable, and a great turnaround time for your orders because they have their own lab on premises.
