Dr Matthews always provides excellent care. Takes her time and is patient and explains everything very well! We absolutely love her!

Wouldn't recommend it. They dont answer the phones and when I attempted to do a walk-in I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the receptionist to come back to tell me that they didnt accept my insurance, even though it shows it on the web site that they do.

I've gotten fantastic care from every person here, plus super cute and high-quality glasses. The team has always happily handed over my prescription so I can get additional pairs from Zenni since they know I love to have multiple options but can't afford to do without a cheaper version. They are endlessly patient with my indecisiveness as I try on a million pairs, and super helpful with fittings, follow up, insurance, and all the things. So glad I go here, and you should too!

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff at the eye doctor’s office was very disappointing. The way I was treated was unprofessional, both in person and over the phone. My questions were not answered respectfully, and there was a clear lack of attention and care toward patients. This is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where kindness and respect should be a priority. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving the quality of customer service, because how patients are treated is just as important as the medical care they receive.

They think it okay for them to make us wait there for 10, 20, 30, 40 minutes until their Dr is ready. Not once, every time I have an appointment. But don’t you dare be 6 minutes late they won’t see You? Even though they probably weren’t even ready themselves. I could see 10 minutes but 5 minutes? That’s the difference in catching red light vs a green light. GRRRRRRrrrrr what a waste of time…. Talk about privileged…

Incredibly polite, soft touch-I've been getting my eyes checked for over forty years and his hands are the softest I've ever encountered, honest with my limitations with my insurance, straight forward with my allowances, just all around pleased I found Dr. Arnold. Oh, and his wife is a glorious representation of him and their business. Absolutely astounding, the both of them. He's my new "eye guy!

We received great service at this location. Staff were friendly, willing to help and answered all questions. Would absolutely return again.

Great people...i called to have my glasses fixed because the arm has fallen and missing pads. They are awesome, they fixed my glasses, and did not charge me!
