Today was my second appointment with Dr. Schaefer and I was very pleased. His office staff were friendly and knowledgeable and his clinician was efficient and patient. Dr. Schaefer has a very friendly and open demeanor. He answered all my questions happily.

Very courteous and professional. He was able to see me today with no appointment within 30 minutes of calling the office.

Jessica was so great! She was very helpful in picking out my frames! I asked for honest feedback and she absolutely gave it! I came back to Heartland Vision because of her!

It’s our 2nd time going here for my children’s new lenses. And we always had a fantastic experience. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze. The staffs are really friendly and very accommodating. The facility is clean. Dr. Steven consistently performs comprehensive examinations and explains everything. We’re very glad and satisfied with the service that we received.

Really high quality care --- a doctor knows to where patients get great care. Refer my friends there as well; one just came back so happy about the high quality and great knowledge by the doctors and staff. This is where I go for my eye care.

Have been going to Vision Care for 35 plus years and have always been very satisfied. All the staff is always very professional but also friendly and helpful. Dr. Bloomberg always takes whatever time is necessary and gives me his full attention to ensure I am comfortable and satisfied with my exams and vision needs.

When people think of eyecare they usually dont think of a mall. However, I was referred there by my primary care doctor. It was easy to find just gotta remember it's in the entrance in the back of the mail near the parking garage. The staff was very friendly. The eye doctor was polite, kind, and she had patience towards me. I definitely recommend them to others.

I have been getting my glasses from 20/20 Westside Eyecare for almost 10 years. Dr. Kraden is hilarious and has great conversation. I have never had an issue with any of my RXs. Ken, helped with the frames and lenses, is very knowledgeable and thorough. My glasses fit perfectly and i can see!!!! 🤓 I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Elasha was very informative, financing, paper work, and initial consultation only took about 30 minutes. Dr. Manrique and his team are awesome. My vision is perfect!
