I’ve been going to Eyes on Harlem and Eyes Downtown for over 10 years now, so I can give an honest review. I am so grateful for Dr. Bob and his team, and the opportunity to see the ongoing growth, hard work and excellence his business thrives on. Everyone who works with him is a gem- Madi, Addy, Ian and Sandy. It’s like a well oiled machine, no matter how busy it gets. Not only are they all patient and take their time to help you with the process of getting glasses, but they also care about your eye health and do their best to improve your experience with new glasses or contacts. They treat everyone with respect. I’ve never had a negative experience, and in fact, sometimes I just pop in to get my glasses tuned up and it’s always lovely to see everyone. Dr. Bob is really personable and genuinely cares about his patients. He’s easy to connect with and has a huge heart for the community. He and his wife are beautiful and kindhearted people, and have treated me well since I was in college. He always wants to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your glasses or contacts. Horrible place to go , the receptionist really thinks I’m gonna go back after her bad attitude. I pay for good service not to be talked down on .

Great Service!! They were really helpful picking glasses.

All procedures were performed timely and professionally although it has been a bit drawn out having the eyes develop the proper focal configuration for correct alignment. All in all I am very pleased with the point I am at as to where I would be having avoided treatment.

This was my first visit at Visionary Eye Associates and I was well pleased with the friendliness, knowledge, professionalism and the strong and sincere care for me as a patient unlike other eye associates. Give them a call and schedule your appointment. They are truly the BEST!!!!!!

What a wonderful experience I had at Tayani Institute West Coast Center for surgeries. Everyone is so nice and make you feel so welcome. They take care of your every need. Dr Josen is wonderful and I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr Josen, Elena, Marissa-Sim, Ava, Betsy, Alesandra and Keith.

Unsure why Costco retains this poor level of customer service for such an important service. The people on the phone literally do not listen to what you tell them. Have used them once in the past and thought it might be different but unfortunately not. FYI. They only want cash or check ($175) if you are paying out of pocket

Refused to release my prescription for an online contact order I made. Stated I had not paid the $50 fitting fee during my exam. Yet I was able to purchase contacts from them just fine. I was told I'd either have to pay the fee to have my prescription released or buy from them. I paid and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Frequent at your own risk.

I had a great experience with the doctors and staff. They were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them for eye exams & glasses!

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They saw me immediately after arriving for my appointment. Dr. Pham is exceptional at what he does! Very professional, personable, and thoroughly answers any questions you may have regarding eye health as well provide suggestions to sustain good eye health.

I was so impressed with my recent visit. I’ve seen so many eye specialists over the past 10 years and because of the negative treatment I’ve had in other doctors I’ve seen I was reluctant to go. I’m glad I did because this staff has renewed my faith in there are good specialists out there that do care. Very professional, caring staff that was efficient and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt like my issues were addressed, and I was given helpful suggestions to take home with me to use in my daily life. So appreciative of the care I received.
