Was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Daniel, the optometrist, then assisted me. He was also friendly and willing to assist me with frame choices. After arriving at a decision, we went to his desk where we reviewed options more thoroughly. He measured me for where the bi-focal lens would start and made sure I was comfortable with the fitting. I had an enjoyable experience all around and feel I've, with Daniel's help, made the right choice.

I give the customer service 15 out of 10. We had a women by the name of Kat. It was our first experience at the hillsdale mall. She was very welcoming from the second we walked in. She kept checking back in on us throughout the appointment. She helped us finish our appointment. We would highly recommend her to any customer that walked in your store. Thank You Kat for making Anne and Hudson’s day.

I am very thankful to Dr. Michael J Drinnan, MD. and to all his nice team. Dr. Drinnan put like "3-D" in my eyes multifocal lenses. I am enjoing to see bright colors of sun, sky, trees, etc. Doctor explained very honestly risks and benefits of surgery and told: " I know what I am doing" Agree, he does! Highly recomended !

I was referred to Dr. Richard McDonald by my ophthalmologist Dr. Robert Filer, but also by one of his surgical nurses, who said he was one of the best in the business. Being a nurse myself, I know the nurses who work along side a doctor, see the skill and character behind the MD and do not give out these accolades lightly. Dr McDonald has saved the vision in my R eye to the best of his ability, even by giving me medication that I urgently needed, when the insurance company was not calling back. I cannot say enough good about this doctor and his supportive staff.

Excellent enunciation and communicator with elderly

My Grandmother told me her one regret was not taking better care of her eyes. So each year I do not mind spending a bunch of money to get the best eyewear. My time is too valuable and I have had allergic reactions to bad frames. I was recommended to go see Jerry Bundy by two friends. His prices were actually very reasonable. He took the time to explain the way they fit the glasses to me. I ended up choosing some higher end frames of course, Etnia Barcelona made in Spain.They are just trendy enough but not too much. When I called several months later because I needed the lenses replaced Jose told me that they were covered under warranty.What a nice surprise. Support this local small family legacy business you will be glad you did.

Bundt Optical is great! I had gone in to have them adjust my old glasses (bought elsewhere), and they did it graciously and without charge, so when I needed a new pair, I went there to order look for a new pair. I was pleased that they carry ProDesign frames, which are my favorite. Their customer service is top-notch and they stand by their work. I will definitely return the them the next time I need new glasses.
