Receptionist is very rude!

Dr Shah is very professional & dedicated. I had a macula ripple/pucker repaired w/surgery at Capital Health. I seriously feel he is one of the kindest eye surgeons/physicians I have treated with. He takes time to listen & shows genuine concern & doesn't rush. Highly recommend.

My wife and I made an appointment last weekend. Dr. Koutoulas is very knowledgeable and he takes care of his patient and explain everything in details. Like many other reviews here, I've been to other eye doctors before and they were rushed and didn't even bother to explain the situation whether its good or bad. Expect to know more about your eyes on your next visit :) The location is great and convenient. It's on El Camino St. The office is super clean and charming, and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Very bad experience. They say that the lenses are in 24 hours after the approval of the formula and it is not true .. They made me go 2 times to rectify the formula and it took longer than they say.

I can’t say enough good things about Brunswick Optical. Every visit is a pleasant experience, and the staff is always so kind and helpful. Cheryl, in particular, is an absolute ray of sunshine, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I honestly wish I could bring her with me to California! The world would be a better place if more people were like her. Thank you, Cheryl, for always brightening my day.

I have trusted Dr. Dawson for my and my daughter's eye check up for many years now. The reviews here are accurate - she is very thorough, friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommend.

I called last minute to try to reschedule my appointment. Luckily they were able to work me in. Dr. Abbey is great. She listens to concerns and answers all my questions. The staff are all very friendly and helpful

Super helpful staff accompanied by friendly smiles. I set up an appointment for my dad late at night and received a call the next day to confirm the appointment. I don't recall the names of the people at the front desk or even the doctors but they were all super nice and patient with my dad even though he doesn't speak English. Leah was super awesome, I remember her because my dad couldn't decide on a frame and took up her time, and went above and beyond to help. Definitely going to come back and refer my sight deprived friends lol.
