Dr. Cheng was at once, friendly, asked many questions to help pin down the irritation I was experiencing and explained procedures as she conducted a thorough eye exam. She is very warm, made me feel at ease with her good sense of humor, and I received the diagnosis and proper meds very quickly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kagan is phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, patient, and personable with a lot of integrity. She makes herself available to busy schedules and works thoroughly through the entire process: the examination, picking out glasses, squaring everything away with insurance, and everything in between. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kagan for a few years and anyone who decides to see Dr. Kagan will be in great hands.

Dr Kagan is the best! She’s very personable and friendly, thorough in her exams, and recognizes your needs. She helped me find a contact lens that worked for me after years of struggling with my lenses and experiencing significant eye dryness and irritation. I highly recommend her!

Opal is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so professional. Truly a pleasure. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve gone to numerous boutique optical shops, and I would absolutely choose this Target Optical over them any day of the week.

I have never written a review on anything before but I immediately wanted to following this appointment. I even called a friend after to tell him how great the experience was. I don't even live in this area but plan to commute down here in the future just to work with these people again. I worked with three different people, one for paperwork, one to help with the eye machines, and then the doctor. Each of them were amazing and so kind. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this appointment. I can't wait until I get to come back!

Dr. Chiem is amazing as always! Me and my family go to her for vision care. She’s super friendly! She connects to her patients on a deeper level—always asking us how we are doing and what’s going on with our lives since our last visit. Most importantly, she is very helpful—she is able to pinpoint what I’m describing and she explains everything in detail and in a way that I can understand. Highly recommend!

Dr. Service was very thorough in his exam, especially since it has been quite a few years since I last saw an optometrist. He was professional, yet friendly, and patient in answering questions. Your front office person (I wish I remembered her name but she only works 2 days/week) was knowledgeable with regards to insurance and VERY helpful and accommodating in helping me with purchase of glasses.

I really like Dr. Chiem and her staff. This is my 3rd year with her and my daughter's first year. She is always very welcoming and I haven't felt rushed through the exam. She takes the time to check on eye history, and advise what must be done now and what can wait. I also, appreciate the non-pressure factor regarding frames. You can buy at her office or anywhere else you wish. Adding to the professional, there is the location and the convenience of it. Definitely 5☆.
